Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan pedoman bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram dalam adegan klasikal yang efektif digunakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA dan dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan perencanaan karir peserta didik. Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah seperti apa kondisi pelaksanaan bimbingan karir di SMA Negeri Se Kota Bandung, bagaimana rumusan pedoman pelaksanaan bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram dalam adegan klasikal yang layak digunakan, dan apakah pedoman bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram dalam adegan klasikal efektif digunakan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang menempuh enam langkah, yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pembuatan pedoman hipotetik, revisi pedoman hipotetik, uji coba terbatas dan revisi pedoman hasil uji coba. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling SMAN Se Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pertama, kondisi pelaksanaan bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram dalam adegan klasikal, secara umum menunjukan kemampuan guru bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kategori kurang mahir. Kedua, rumusan pedoman bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram dalam adegan klasikal memuat struktur rasional, dasar hukum, tujuan layanan, kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling, teknik genogram, mekanisme penyelenggaraan bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram, pengembangan satuan layanan, evaluasi, indikator keberhasilan, anggaran dan referensi, layak menurut pakar dan praktisi. Ketiga, pedoman bimbingan karir dengan teknik genogram dalam adegan klasikal terbukti efektif digunakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dilihat dari perubahan kategori kemampuan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menyelenggarakan bimbingan karir, serta adanya perubahan kemampuan perencanaan karir peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah pemberian layanan bimbingan. Adapun rekomendasi penelitian ini tunjukan untuk program studi bimbingan dan konseling, kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, serta penelitian selanjutnya.; The research aimed to produce guidelines for career guidance with genogram technique at classroom which is effectively used by high school counselors and able to help in developing career planning ability of students. The main research problem is how the condition of implementation of career guidance at high school in Bandung, how the proper formulation of guidelines for the implementation of career guidance with genogram technique at classroom, and whether the guidelines for career guidance with genogram technique effectively used at classroom. The research method is the research and development which take six steps; a preliminary study, planning, designing hypothetical guidelines, the revision of guidelines hypothetical, limited testing and revision of guidelines for the test results. The subjects were counselors at high schools in Bandung. The research result showed; First, the condition of implementation of career guidance with genogram technique at classroom generally showed the ability of counselors is in the unskilled category, second, the formulation of guidelines for career guidance techniques genogram classroom shows rational structure, the basic law, the service purpose, the competence of the counselors, genogram technique, mechanisms of implementation of career guidance with genogram techniques, the development of service unit, evaluation, indicators of success, budget and reference, feasible according to experts and practitioners, third, guidelines for career guidance with genogram technique proved effectively used by the counselors at classroom which is seen from change categories counselors’ ability in organizing career guidance, as well as a change in career planning ability of students before and after the provision of guidance services. The research is recommended for the guidance and counseling program, school principals, counselors, and further research.
