Abstract

Secara garis besar penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi blended learning di STEI ITB di tinjau dari perspektif leadership dan iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leadership dan iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh dalam pembelajaran blended learning, dengan adanya dukungan dari pimpinan berupa kebijakan yang dibuat dalam bentuk penyediaan sarana dan prasarana berupa fasilitas jaringan internet dan penyediaan website resmi untuk pembelajaran blended learning seperti blendedlearning.itb.ac.id. Pimpinan memberikan pelatihan, bimbingan dan dukungan yang dibutuhkan dosen dalam implementasi blended learning. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek dosen STEI ITB. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap dosen STEI ITB yang menerapkan pembelajaran blended learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran blended learning di STEI ITB tidak lepas dari keterlibatan pimpinan dalam menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik. Pendekatan leadership dan iklim organisasi yang dibangun dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran blended learning di STEI ITB mempengaruhi kualitas dalam pembelajaran blended learning, keterlibatan leadership dalam membangun iklim organisasi dalam proses pembelajaran blended learning yang dilakukan dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran blended learning, hal ini dikarenakan adanya keterkaitan yang kuat antara kebijakan yang dibangun dan keberhasilan pembelajaran blended learning.; This study describes about implementation of blended learning in STEI ITB in the review from the perspective of leadership and organizational climate. This study shows that leadership and organizational climate have influence in blended learning, with the support of the leadership in the form of policies made in the form of the provision of facilities and infrastructure such as the Internet network facilities and the provision of the official website for blended learning as blendedlearning.itb.ac.id. Leaders provide training, guidance and support they need lecturers in implementing blended learning. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach to the subject STEI ITB lecturers. The data collection is done through interviews with STEI ITB lecturers who apply blended learning. The results showed that success in learning blended learning in STEI ITB can not be separated from management engagement in creating a good organizational climate. Approach to leadership and organizational climate are built in developing blended learning in STEI ITB affect the quality of blended learning, leadership involvement in building the organizational climate in process blended learning is done can affect the success of blended learning, this is due to a strong link between the policies that build successful blended learning.
