Abstract

Pelatihan merupakan sarana mengembangkan kompetensi dosen dari sisi keterampilan, pengetahuan dan sikap. Penelitian mengkaji tentang efektivitas manajemen pelatihan di STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta, STMIK Nusa Mandiri Sukabumi dan STIBA Nusa Mandiri. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pemilihan sumber data menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball technique. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Informan wawancara terdiri dari pimpinan, dosen dan mahasiswa. Analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Kesimpulan bahwa secara umum bahwa penyeleggaraan pelatihan masih belum efektif, hal ini dilihat dari pelatihan belum direncanakan secara efektif, cukup relevan, namun belum ditetapkan secara spesifik, sulit diukur dan belum ada kurun waktunya. Kurikulum yang digunakan saat ini sudah tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan yang sudah mengalami perubahan, materi yang tumpang tindih, belum ada kesinambungan antar materi pembelajaran, serta kurang mendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi sebagai seorang dosen. Materi pelatihan sudah disusun dengan mengacu pada sasaran dan kurikulum pelatihan yang ada. Sistematika penyusunan panduan pelatihan dan rencana pembelajaran sudah dibuat dengan cukup baik sesuai format yang lengkap mengacu pada teori yang ada. Tetapi substansi yang disusun dalan panduan pelatihan terutama pembelajaran masih merupakan kegiatan rutinitas yang cenderung bersifat formalitas sehingga tidak banyak perubahan sesuai dengan tuntutan lingkungan. Sarana pelatihan yang secara langsung digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran sudah tersedia dan cukup memadai. Pelayanan yang diberikan sudah cukup baik, Penilaian belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Sulit mengukur keterampilan dan sikap. Pelatihan dapat memberikan peningkatan kompetensi peserta dan juga meningkatkan mutu kerja organisasi. Perlunya membuat suatu sistem penjaminan mutu bagi fasilitator, peserta, sarana prasarana dan metode pelatihan. Ketersediaan sumber daya dan komitmen pimpinan guna mendukung pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu manajemen pelatihan. ; Training is a means to develop the competence of lecturers in terms of skills, knowledge and attitudes. The study evaluated the effectiveness of management training in Nusa Mandiri STMIK Jakarta, STMIK Nusa Mandiri Sukabumi and STIBA Nusa Mandiri. The research method uses descriptive qualitative approach with case studies. Selection of data sources using purposive sampling and snowball technique. Data collection using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation study. Informant interviews consisted of the faculty leaders, lecturers and students. Analysis of data by data reduction, data display and data verification. Concluded that in general that the delivery of training is still not effective, it is seen from the training have not planned effectively, is relevant, but not specifically defined, difficult to measure and there is no time frame. The curriculum used at this time is not in accordance with the demands that have been changed, the material overlaps, there is no continuity between the learning material, as well as the lack of support duties and functions as a lecturer. The training material has been prepared with reference to the target and the existing training curriculum. Systematic preparation of training manuals and lesson plans have been made well enough in the format as a complete reference to existing theories. But the substance of which are set out in the training manual, especially the learning is still a routine activity that tends to be a formality so not much change in accordance with the demands of the environment. Training facilities that are directly used for the learning process are already available and sufficient. The services provided are good enough, assessment has not been done thoroughly. Difficult to measure skills and attitudes. Training can provide increased competence and also improve the quality of the organization's work. The need to create a system of quality assurance for the facilitator, participants, facilities and training methods. Availability of resources and management commitment to support the implementation of quality assurance management training.
