Abstract

Skripsi ini dilatar belakangi dari pengalaman penulis pada beberapa faktor pendukung cabang olahraga futsal. Salah satunya yang sangat penting dalam olahraga futsal adalah program latihan yang diberikan kepada atlet. Program latihan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani cabang olahraga futsal diantaranya adalah menggunakan latihan small sided games 3v3 kombinasi dribbling. Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah latihan small side games 3v3 kombinnasi dribbling memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebugaran jasmani pada cabang olahraga futsal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana latihan small sided games 3v3 kombinasi dribbling memberikan pengaruh terhadap kebugaran jasmani cabang olahraga futsal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas olahraga yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal di SMPN 1 Baleendah, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 orang, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) untuk remaja umur 13-15 tahun (Yang didapat dari Nurhasan dan D. Hasanudin Cholil (2007, hlm 213-214), dengan menggunakan uji rata - rata. Dari hasil analisa data tes Tkji diperoleh tkritis dengan nilai 4.68 lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 2.09. Dengan demikian hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, dapat menunjukan bahwa latihan small side games 3v3 kombinnasi dribbling memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebugaran jasmani pada cabang olahraga futsal.; This event will be based on the thesis of the author's experiences on a number of factors supporting sports futsal. One of them was very important in the sport of futsal is an exercise program that is given to the athletes. An exercise program that is used to improve the physical fitness of sports such as futsal using exercises small sided games 3v3 combination of dribbling. Principal problems in this research is whether exercise small side games 3v3 dribbling combinations give significant effects against physical fitness in sport futsal. This research aims to know the extent to which the exercise of small sided games 3v3 dribbling combinations give effect on physical fitness sport futsal. The research method used is the method of experimentation. Population in this research is class student extracurricular sports that follow futsal at SMPN 1 Baleendah , while the samples used in this study consisted of 20 people , using a sample saturated . Collecting data using Physical Fitness Test instrument Indonesia ( TKJI ) for adolescents aged 13-15 years ( The obtained from Nurhasan and Hasanuddin Cholil D. (2007 , pp 213-214 ) , using a test - average. From the analysis of the test data Tkji tkritis obtained with a value of 4.68 is greater than the value ttable 2:09 . thus the results of the processing and analysis of data , can demonstrate that the small side games 3v3 drills dribbling combination a significant influence on physical fitness in the sport of futsal .
