Abstract
Motivasi yang baik dapat menunjang keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Sebab melalui adanya faktor tersebut akan menciptakan tingkat kinerja karyawan yang optimal sehingga akan menunjang keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalasis Pengaruh Motivasi dan Faktor Hygiene terhadap Kinerja Pegawai RRI Bandung. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyajian data dari hasil tanggapan responden (kuisioner) dengan populasi sampel sebanyak 76 responden. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22 Dari hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, faktor hygiene dan kinerja pegawai RRI Bandung berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukan adanya hubungan dengan tingkat tinggi antara motivasi, faktor hygiene dan kinerja pegawai RRI Bandung. Besarnya pengaruh motivasi, faktor hygiene terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 32,6% sedangkan sisanya 67,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti peneliti. ; Good motivation can support the success of an organization to achieve the goals. Because of the presence of these factors will create a level of optimum employee performance level that will support the success of the organization. This study is aimed to analysis the influence the effect of motivation and hygiene factor on employee performance at RRI Bandung. The data were obtained from the presentation of data the respondents (questionnaire). The population of this study is 76 respondent. The statistical analysis used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22. From the results of the analysis indicate that the motivation, hygiene factor and employee performance RRI Bandung placed in high level. . The calculation of the correlation also shows there is a relationship in the high level between, motivation, hygiene factor, and employee performance in RRI Bandung. The great influence of motivation towards the employee performance is about 32,6%. Whereas, there is also 67,4% of result which is influenced by another factor that does not investigated by the researcher.
