Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 95 guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum skor responden Supervisi Klinis Kepala SMP se-Kecamatan Cikancung termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dimensi sebesar 3,94. Sedangkan untuk Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Cikancung termasuk dalam kategori Sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dimensi sebesar 4,47. Hasil uji normalitas diketahui bahwa kedua variabel berdistribusi normal, dengan demikian pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan Variabel Y menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Cikancung dipengaruhi rendah oleh Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi, menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, yaitu “Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan Signifikan dari Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung”.; This title of the research is “The Influence of Principal Clinical Supervision to the Teachers Teaching Performance on Junior High School at Cikancung districts of Bandung Regency”. The purpose of this research was to give information about how much influence of principal clinical supervision to the teachers teaching performance on junior high school at Cikancung Districts Of Bandung Regency. The study was using descriptive method and quantitative approach supported to the study literature. While the data was collected by using a questionnaire, distributed to 95 teachers junior high school at Cikancung Districts Of Bandung Regency. The use of WMS (Weight Mean Score) indicated that generally the respondents score of clinical supervision junior high school principal at Cikancung is in high category with an average overall dimensions of 3.94. As for the performance of teaching junior high school teachers at Cikancung Districts is in excellent category with an average overall dimensions of 4,47. The normality test resulted that both of variable X and variable Y were distributed normally, which caused the using of parametric statistic to tested the hypothesis. Based on the calculation of coefficient correlation between the two variables, it is showed that the teachers teaching performance of junior high school at Cikancung Districts low influenced by the clinical supervision of the school head. The result of significance calculation showed there were significant and positive influences between the principal clinical supervision with teachers' teaching performance. It shows that the hypothesis can be accepted, that “There is a positive and significant influence of Clinical Supervision Principal to the Teachers Teaching Performance at Cikancung Districts Of Bandung Regency.
