Abstract
Penelitian di latarbelakangi pada permasalahan seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal kepala bidang DIKMENTI terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini (1) bagaimana gambaran komunikasi interpersonal kepala bidang DIKMENTI di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, (2) bagaimana produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, (3) seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal kepala bidang DIKMENTI terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan 4 skala penilaian (Likert) yang disebarkan kepada 49 pegawai khusunya di bidang DIKMENTI sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dihitung dengan menggunakan teknik Weight Means Scores (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Komunikasi Interpersonal) diperoleh sebesar 3.06 dan berada dalam kategori sangat baik.Sedangkan untuk rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel Y (Produktivitas Kerja) diperoleh sebesar 3.60 berada dalam ketegori sangat baik.Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal.Dilihat dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi (rhitung) dengan menggunakan rumus Perason Product Moment diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.675. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Adapun hasil uji signifikan dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung adalah 6.031 dan diketahui ttabel 2.012 jika dibandingkan yaitu 6.031˃ 2.012 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal kepala bidang Dikmenti terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Untuk menentukan besarnya pengaruh variabel X dan variabel Y ditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan analisis koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 43%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal kepala bidang Dikmenti terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 43% dan sisanya 57% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Begitu juga hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 44,949 + 0,675 X artinya setiap perubahan satu unit pada variabel X akan memberikan perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0.675.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitiannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Bidang DIKMENTI terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan suatu manfaat baik untuk lembaga, pegawai maupun untuk peneliti selanjutnya yang akan meneliti masalah komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja.;Research in the wake of the problems of how much influence the head of the field of interpersonal communication Dikmenti to work productivity of employees at the Education Department of West Java Province . The problems of this study ( 1 ) how the image of interpersonal communication chief of Dikmenti Education Department of West Java Province , ( 2 ) how the employee productivity Education Department of West Java Province , ( 3 ) how much influence interpersonal communication head of Dikmenti against employee productivity Education Department of West Java Province . The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach . The data collection technique using the questionnaire enclosed with 4 rating scale ( Likert ) were distributed to 49 employees especially in the field Dikmenti as samples.Based on the results of data processing which is calculated by using the technique Weight Means Scores (WMS) shows that the average general tendency for the variable X (Interpersonal Communication) obtained at 3.06 and are in very good category. As for the average general trend in Y (Work Productivity) obtained at 3.60 to be in very good category. The calculation result normality test on the distribution of the data that the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Judging from the calculation of the correlation coefficient (rhitung) using the formula obtained Perason Product Moment correlation coefficient of 0.675. This shows that there is a strong relationship between the variables X and Y. The test results significantly with t-test obtained t is known ttabel 6.031 and 2.012 compared to 6.03˃ 2.012 means that significant relationship between interpersonal communication department leader Dikmenti on productivity employee of West Java Provincial Education Office. To determine the influence of the variables X and Y is shown from the calculation coefficient of determination (KD) of 43%. This shows that the influence of the leader of the field of interpersonal communication Dikmenti against employee productivity Education Department of West Java province by 43% and the remaining 57% is influenced by other factors. Likewise, the results of the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 44.949 + 0.675 X means every one-unit change in the variable X will provide a change in the variable Y for 0.675.Berdasarkan the above results it can be concluded that the research hypothesis that there is positive and significant correlation between Interpersonal Communication Division leader Dikmenti the Work Productivity Employee Education Department of West Java Province. The results of this study are expected to provide a benefit both for the institution, employees and for further research that will examine communication problems on the productivity of labor.
