Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kondisi lingkungan kerja serta ketersediaan alat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung sehingga dapat diketahui kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk check-list. Hasil penelitian akan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Alat K3 untuk alat pelindung diri (APD) umum yang tersedia di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung adalah pelindung kepala, pelindung mata, pelindung tangan, pelindung kaki, serta pelindung tubuh (pakaian praktik). Pelindung kepala berupa helm plastik. pelindung mata berupa kacamata goggles. Pelindung tangan berupa sarung tangan kain dan sarung tangan asbes. Pelindung kaki berupa safety shoes. Pelindung tubuh berupa kemeja praktik. Alat K3 untuk lingkungan kerja yang tersedia di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung berupa alat pemadam api ringan (APAR), kotak P3K serta ruang P3K/UKS. 2) Alat K3 Personal berupa alat pelindung diri (APD) umum yang tersedia di bengkel kerja siswa TKR SMK Negeri 6 Bandung pada angka 22,31 % berada dalam kriteria berbahaya. 3) Alat K3 lingkungan kerja berupa APAR, Ruang UKS/P3K dan kotak P3K yang tersedia di bengkel kerja siswa TKR SMK Negeri 6 Bandung pada angka 48 % berada dalam kriteria cukup aman. 4) Kondisi lingkungan kerja di bengkel kerja sebesar 90,38% berada pada kriteria sangat aman. Kata Kunci: Eksplorasi, Kesehatan dan keselamatan Kerja (K3), Alat K3, Lingkungan Kerja. Study exploring the work conditions and availability of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), which aims to determine how the level of Health and Safety at National Vocational School of 6 Bandung (SMKN 6 Bandung) so that can know the possibilities that cause accidents. The study design used is in the form of a check-list. Results of the study will be presented in descriptive form, the results showed: 1) Tools OHS for personal protective equipment (PPE) commonly available in SMKN 6 Bandung is the head protection, eye protection, hand protectors, protective feet, and body protection (clothes practice ). Protective headgear in the form of a plastic helmet. Protection for eyes such as goggles. Hand protection in the form of gloves and mittens asbestos cloth. Gaiters form of safety shoes. Body protection practices in the form of a shirt. OHS tools for the working environment is available at SMKN 6 Bandung in the form of small fire extinguisher, Health room and First Aid Box. 2) Personal OHS tools in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) commonly available in the workshop Technical Light Vehicle of SMKN 6 Bandung at 22.31% figures are in dangerous criterion. 3) Tools OHS work environment such as fire extinguisher, Health room and First Aid Box available at the workshop Technical Light Vehicle of SMKN 6 Bandung at 48% are in a fairly safe criteria. 4) The condition of the working environment at the workshop by 90.38% in the very safe criteria.
