Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pendekatan saintifik terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan bermain sepak bola, mengetahui perbedaan antara tingkat kebugaran jasmani rendah dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani tinggi terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak bola, serta melihat interaksi antara pendekatan saintifik dan kebugaran jasmani terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan factorial design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung. Sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah kelas 8 yang berjumlah 57 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan saintifk dan kebugaran jasmani terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Terdapat perbedaan antara kebugaran jasmani tinggi dan kebugaran jasmani rendah terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Dan terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan saintifik dan kebugaran jasmani terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Kata Kunci: Problem based Learning, Discovery Learning, hasil belajar, tingkat kebugaran. This study aimed to know the effect of scientific approach and physical fitness to learning outcomes skills of playing soccer, the effect of high level of fitness and low level fitness on the learning outcomes of skills to play soccer and interaction between the scientific approach and physical fitness on learning outcomes playing skills football. The method was used in this research is factorial design. Population of this research was the SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung. While the sample of this research is the students of class 8 and using cluster sampling technique, the sample used in this study was 57. The results showed that there are significant scientific approach and physical fitness to play football skills. There is a difference between physical fitness of high and low physical fitness to play football skills. And there is an interaction between the scientific approach and physical fitness to play football skills. Keywords: Problem-based Learning, Discovery Learning, learning outcomes, level of fitness.
