Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kinerja pamong belajar cenderung menurun di sanggar kegiatan belajar se-provinsi Banten sehingga kualitas dan kuantitas kinerja kurang maksimal. Kinerja pamong belajar menjadi tumpuan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sanggar kegiatan belajar. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar terhadap kinerja pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Se-Provinsi Banten; (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja pamong belajar terhadap kinerja pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Se-Provinsi Banten; (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar dan disiplin kerja pamong belajar terhadap kinerja pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Se-Provinsi Banten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Se-Provinsi Banten; (2) disiplin kerja pamong belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Se-Provinsi Banten; (3) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar dan disiplin kerja pamong belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Se-Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan model studi kuantitatif deskriptif dengan banyaknya sampel 53 responden. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar terhadap kinerja pamong belajar dengan signifikan F = 0,000 keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja pamong belajar terhadap kinerja pamong belajar dengan signifikan F = 0,000 keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar dan disiplin kerja pamong belajar terhadap kinerja pamong belajar dengan signifikan F = 0,000 keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Pamong Belajar This research is motivated tutors performance tends to decline in the studio and learning activities throughout the province of Banten so that the quality and quantity of performance less than the maximum. Performance tutors become the foundation for improving the quality of education in the studio and learning activities. The problem formulation in this study were (1) whether there is a significant influence of leadership style heads learning activities on the performance of tutors in the Learning Activity Banten province; (2) whether there is significant influence work discipline on the performance of tutors in the Learning Activity Banten province; (3) whether there is a significant influence of leadership style head of learning activity and work discipline of the performance of tutors in the Learning Activity Banten province. The purpose of this study were (1) the principal's leadership style learning activities have a significant influence on the performance of tutors in the Learning Activity Banten province; (2) work discipline on the performance of tutors significant influence on the performance of tutors in the Learning Activity Banten province; (3) leadership style head of learning activities and work discipline on the performance of tutors in the Learning Activity Banten province. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative descriptive study models with many sample of 53 respondents.
