Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan sektor Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011- 2014, dimana profitabilitas diproksikan oleh Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE), sedangkan harga saham diukur menggunakan harga saham penutupan harian sebelum dan setelah laporan keuangan dipublikasikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Sektor Pertanian di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pemilihan Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. jenis data berupa data panel. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi multipel dimana pengaruh bersama-sama diuji dengan menggunakan uji-F dan pengaruh individual diuji dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Eviews 6.0 diperoleh hasil bahwa ROA memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. ROE juga berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci : Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Harga Saham This study aimed to examine the influence of profitability to stock price on agriculture sector’s companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014, where profitability is proxied by Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), Meanwhile Stockprice is measured by daily closing price before and after the financial report is publicated. The research method used is descriptive verification method. The data used document method. The population in this study is all of companies on agriculture sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study use purposive sampling. The sample is 13 companies.the statistical analysis was done by using multiple linier regresion analysis which the concidentally influence was tested by using F-test and the individually influence was tested by using t-test. Based on the result of the data processing which used Eviews version 6.0 shows that ROA positively influenced the stock price. ROE positively influenced the stock price as well.
