Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, meliputi merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu penelitian mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu kepuasan kerja (X1), komitmen organisasi (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 71 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori tinggi, komitmen organisasi berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan kinerja guru tetap di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja guru This research was conducted at The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung. The issue became a study in this research is having not optimal teachers performance in the learning such as plan learning, implementing and evaluating learning. Focus directed at factors that influenced teacher performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are factors that thought to have influence on the teachers performance. Therefore the study examines three variables, namely (X1) job satisfaction, organizational commitment (X2) and teachers performance (Y). This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question form. The respondents were teachers of The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung as many as 71 people. The data technique analyzed using the regression. The result of the data analysis revealed that job satisfaction included in high category, organizational commitment in very high category, meanwhile teachers performance at The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung included in very high category. Based on the analyzed of regression, the result revealed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward teacher performance Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, teachers performance
