Abstract

Ditinjau dari aspek kehidupan manapun, kebutuhan akan kreativitas sangatlah penting. Tanpa adanya kreativitas, manusia akan sulit berkembang di tengah keadaan dunia yang serba dinamis. Masa remaja merupakan tahap yang amat potensial bagi perkembangan kreativitas. Remaja dengan kreativitas yang rendah tentu akan terhambat untuk mengembangkan potensinya dengan optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan layanan yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Kreativitas sangat mungkin dapat ditingkatkan melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sinektik berdasarkan asumsi bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sinektik dapat mengasah potensi kreatif peserta didik melalui analogi atau metafora. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kreativitas dan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sinektik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik kelas VII SMP Al-Falah Dago Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pra-eksperimen dan dengan desain ¬one-group pretest-posttest design. Data kreativitas peserta didik diungkap dengan menggunakan instrumen yang tersedia di LPPB UPI yakni tes pemikiran kreatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 15 peserta didik dengan kreativitas yang sangat rendah yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sample. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji U Mann-Whitney pada skor pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sinektik efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Guru BK diharapkan dapat menguasai teknik sinektik dan dapat diaplikasikan sebagai upaya bantuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Without the creativity, humans would be difficult to grow in a dynamic state-paced world. Adolescence is a stage that is very potential for the development of creativity. Adolescents with low creativity would be hampered to develop their potential to the optimum. Therefore, the necessary services that can enhance the creativity of learners. Creativity is very likely can be enhanced through group counseling with synectic technique based on assumptions that the group with technical guidance synectic can hone the creative potential of learners through analogy or metaphor. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of creativity and to test the effectiveness of group counseling with synectic techniques to enhance the creativity of students VIIth Grade SMP Al-Falah Dago Bandung. The research approach using quantitative research methods and pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design. Data revealed the creativity of learners using instruments available in the UPI LPPB tests of creative thinking. Research subjects are 15 students with very low creativity are taken by using probability sample. Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney U test on the score pre-test and post-test. The results showed that group counseling with synectic effective technique to increase the creativity of learners. BK teachers are expected to master the techniques synectic and can be applied as relief efforts to increase the creativity of learners. Keywords: Creativity, Group Counseling, Synectic Technique
