Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Layanan Penyelenggaraan Diklat di Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keagamaan Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaru sistem infromasi manajemen terhadap peningkatan mutu layanan penyelenggaraan diklat di Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keagmaan Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 35 orang pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen termasuk pada kategori baik dengan skor 2,98 dan mutu layanan penyelenggaraan diklat termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,10. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,500 yaitu menunjukan bahwa korelasi kedua variable berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan sedang. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu (3,320) > 2,035) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa variabel X memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel Y sebesar 25% dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 25,761 + 0,500 X. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara sistem informasi manajemen terhadap mutu layanan penyelenggaraan diklat di Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keagamaan Bandung. Generally, the research is aimed at studying the influence of management information systems towards quality service improvement of education and training in education and training religion training center bandung. The method used in this research is description method with quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research was a closed questionnaire and spread to 35 employees as a research sample. Based on calculations using the formula Weight Mean Scored (WMS), a general overview of management information systems in the good category with a score of 2,98 and quality service in the excellent category with score of 3,10. Normality test result on the distribution showed that variables X and Y are normally distributed, furthermore for data analysis used statistic parametric.Correlation analysis used Pearson Product Moment, obtained correlation coefficient between variables X and variables Y is 0,500 showed that two variables have positive and strong correlation. Meanwhile, significant test result using the t-test compared that t (3,320) > t table (2,035) showed that the correlation is significant between variable X and variable Y. Furthermore, Coefficient determination result is variable X have contribution to variable Y 25% and the rest influenced by other factors. Regression analysis result equation is Ŷ=25,761 + 0,500 X.
