Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen sudah menjadi pembahasan yang umum untuk dibahas. Banyak diketahui bahwa kepuasan konsumen ada melalui hasil perbandingan antara performance dan expectation. Semua industri cukup mengenal bagaimana kerja customer satisfaction salah satunya dalam industri pariwisata yang saat ini sangat berkembang, setiap sektor yang ada pada industri pariwisata mencoba memberikan yang terbaik pada konsumen, dengan mencoba memuaskan konsumen dengan memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Adanya pemenuhan tersebut merupakan langkah awal agar tercipta kepuasan konsumen. Salah satu industri yang merupakan bagian dari industri pariwisata adalah industri makanan dan minuman. Berbagai usaha berdiri, mencoba hadir ditengah masyarakat dengan mencoba memberikan yang terbaik melalui makanan dan minuman dan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Namun disamping itu tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen agar mampu menghasilkan customer satisfaction. Dalam industri makanan dan minuman, disebut dining satisfaction, kepuasan yang datang dari pengalaman bersantap konsumen. Setiap restoran berlomba menampilkan yang terbaik dengan memberikan pengalaman makan yang berbeda-beda dan tentu kreatifitas yang baik. Hal tersebut menjadikan tingkat persaingan di industri makanan dan minuman saat ini semakin kompetitif. Salah satu layanan yang diberikan konsumen melalui service marketing adalah pengelolaan lingkungan yang mampu mempengaruhi suasana makan konsumen. Atmosfer menjadi salah satu aspek di dalamnya yang ikut berkontribusi menciptakan lingkungan suasana makan menjadi lebih menarik. Penelitian ini memilih Cocorico Cafe and Resto sebagai objek. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah restaurant atmospheric (X) dan dining satisfaction sebagai variabel dependen (Y. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 106 responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan terhadap konsumen yang pernah berkunjung dan melakukan pembelian di Cocorico Cafe & Resto. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara restaurant atmospheric terhadap dining satisfaction di Cocorico Cafe & Resto. Kata Kunci: Restaurant Atmospheric dan Dining Satisfaction Customer satisfaction has become a common discussion. Many note that there is customer satisfaction through the comparison between performance and expectation. All industry enough to know how to work one of customer satisfaction in the tourism industry which is now highly developed, every sector of the tourism industry that is trying to give the best to the consumer, by trying to satisfy customers by meeting the needs and desires of consumers. The existence of such satisfaction is the first step in order to create customer satisfaction. One of the industries that are part of the tourism industry is the food and beverage industry. Various attempts to stand, trying to be present in the community to try to deliver the best through food and drinks and a quality service. But besides that its main purpose is to meet the needs of consumers to be able to generate customer satisfaction. In the food and beverage industry, called the dining satisfaction, the satisfaction that comes from the consumer dining experience. Each race featuring the best restaurants to provide dining experience different and certainly a good creativity. This makes the level of competition in the food and beverage industry is increasingly competitive. One of the services provided consumers through marketing service is the management of the environment that can affect consumer dining atmosphere. The atmosphere becomes one of the aspects in it that contribute to creating an environment more attractive dining atmosphere. This study chose Cocorico Cafe and Resto as objects. The independent variable in this study is the atmospheric restaurant (X) and dining satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y number of samples used is a total of 106 respondents conducted by distributing questionnaires to consumers who've been and make purchases at Cocorico Cafe & Resto. Based on the results mentions that a significant difference between the atmospheric restaurant for dining satisfaction in Cocorico Cafe & Resto.
