Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, diperlukan upaya yang terintegrasi melalui faktor psikologis yang mendasari hubungan antara seseorang dengan organisasinya. Faktor tersebut salah satunya adalah Emotional Quotient atau kecerdasan emosional. Serta keberhasilan organisasi membutuhkan pegawai yang mau bekerja lebih dari sekedar tugas formal atau yang telah diatur dalam job description pegawai yang dikenal dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyajian data dari hasil tanggapan responden (kuesioner) dengan sampel sebanyak 64 pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis product moment dan analisis korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, Organzational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukkan variabel kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja memiliki korelasi sebesar 0.453, sedangkan Organzational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kinerja memiliki korelasi sebesar 0.512. Artinya variabel Kecerdasan Emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif dengan klasifikasi sedang dengan kinerja pegawai. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.310 atau 31% memiliki arti bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi Kecerdasan Emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebesar 31%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 69% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Pegawai   To increase employee performance, through integrated efforts are needed psychological factors that underlie the relationship between an employee and his organization. These factors is Emotional intelligence. And the success of an organization requires employees who want to work more than just a formal task or set out in the job description of employees known as the Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ). This study aims to determine the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) Against Employee Performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research uses descriptive and verification method. The research data was obtained from the method of presentation of data from the respondents ( questionnaire ) with a sample of 64 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of product moment and multiple correlation analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence, Organzational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the performance of employees at the high category. The results of the correlation calculations showed emotional intelligence variable has a correlation with the performance of 0.453, while Organzational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) has a correlation with the performance of 0.512, This means that variable Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) has a significant positive correlation with the classification being the performance of employees. Value Adjusted R Square of 0.287 or 28.7 % meaning that the employee's performance is affected Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) amounted to 28.7 % , while the remainder is equal to 71.3 % is influenced by factors - other factors not examined by the author.
