Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah rendahnya efektivitas proses pembelajaran di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Kompetensi pedagogik guru diduga mempengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengkaji dua variabel, yaitu Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru (variabel X), dan Efektivitas Proses Pembelajaran (variabel Y). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung sebanyak 45 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori tinggi dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi. Dilihat dari uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran di Smk Pasundan 3 Bandung, yaitu sebesar 10,8%. Namun demikian Efektivitas Proses Pembelajaran di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung ini tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pedagogik guru, ada faktor lain yang juga berpengaruh yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. The issue that investigated in this study is the low effectiveness of learning process in the state vocational high school Pasundan 3 Bandung. focus directed at factors that influenced the effectiveness of learning process. Teacher Pedagogical competence is a factor that is thought to have influenced on the low effectiveness of learning process. Therefore the study examines two variables, namely Teacher Pedagogical competence (variable X) and effectiveness of learning process (variable Y). Research methods used descriptive method. Data collection techniques used question form. The respondents were teachers of The State Vocational Pasundan 3 Bandung as many as 45 teacher. Data analysis techniques used simple regression. The result showed that was Teacher Pedagogical competence and effectiveness of learning process are in the high category. Seen from testing the hypothesis in this study suggests that Teacher Pedagogical competence positively influence effectiveness of learning process in the state vocational high school Pasundan 3 Bandung is of 10,8 %. However effectiveness of learning process in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung is not only influenced by Teacher Pedagogical competence, there are other factors that also have an effect that is not examined in this study.
