Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah turnover intention atau keinginan keluar karyawan di PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera. Turnover intention idealnya selalu berada di tingkat yang rendah karena turnover intention bisa berujung pada keluarnya karyawan meninggalkan perusahaan. Hal ini tentu sangat merugikan karena proses rekrutmen untuk karyawan pengganti memerlukan biaya tambahan dan karyawan baru nantinya memerlukan proses adapatasi yang dapat menghambat produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 85 orang dan responden berjumlah 85 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi non finansial dan iklim organisasi berada para kategori tinggi. Sedangkan turnover intention berada pada kategori rendah, Hasil perhitungan korelasi, variabel kompensasi non finansial dengan variabel turnover intention memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,744 artinya variabel turnover intention memilki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi tinggi. Sedangkan untuk variabel iklim organisasi dengan variabel turnover intention memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,795, artinya variabel iklim organisasi dengan turnover intention memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi kuat. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi berganda didapat persamaan Y = 0,225 + 0,192X1 + 0,371X2 dan KD = 0,676 atau 67,6% artinya variabel kompensasi non finansial dan iklim organisasi mempengaruhi variabel turnover intention sebesar 67,6%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 43,6% variabel turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. The results showed non financial compensation and organization climate the category are high. While turnover intention is in the low, the results of the correlation, variable non financial compensation to variable turnover intention of the correlation 0,744 means of variable turnover intention have a positive having a classification high. While for the organization climate variable turnover intention having correlation value of 0,795, it means climate variable organization with turnover intention associate favorably with strong classification. The results of multiple regression analysis he obtained equation = 0,225 + 0,192x1 + 0,371x2 and KD = 0,676 or 67,6 % means variable non financial compensation and climate organization affect variable turnover intention of 67,6 %, while the remaining fund of 43,6 % variable turnover intention influenced by other factors.
