Abstract

Pengaruh waktu Heat Treatment Terhadap Karakteristik Listrik Termistor NTC Berbasis (CuxMnyZnzNit)Fe2O4. Telah dilakukan pembuatan film tebal termistor NTC dengan mencampurkan bahan yang terdiri dari CuO 15%, MnO 20%, ZnO 5%, NiO 30% dan Fe2O3 30% dan digerus selama 30 menit lalu ditambah OV (Organic Vehicle) untuk bahan pasta dan dilapiskan diatas substrat alumina dengan metode screen printing dan disinter pada suhu 11000C. Nilai resistivitas setelah uji resistivitas sebesar 0.808 Mohm.cm dan mengalami penurunan nilai resistivitas setelah heat treatment. Pada hasil difrkasi sinar-x didapat pola yang tidak beraturan yang kemungkinan merupakan pengaruh dari bahan penyusun film tebal. Hasil SEM menunjukkan struktur yang berongga. Pada saat sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan heat treatment didapat penurunan besar nilai resistivitas dari 0.808 Mohm.cm, 0.02193 Mohm.cm dan 0.00008065 Mohm.cm dengan penurunan konstanta termistor dari 3925.10K, 1241.32 0K dan 342.72 0K. Namun hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sampel yang dapat digunakan baik dalam termistor adalah saat sebelum dilakukan heat treatment dengan nilai konstanta termistor tersebut maka masuk ke dalam termistor pasar dimana untuk kebutuhan pasar nilai konstanta termistor adalah ≥20000K. Kata kunci : film tebal, heat treatment, karakteristik listrik, termistor NTC Effect of Heat Treatment Against Time Electrical Characteristics Based NTC Thermistor (CuxMnyZnzNit) Fe2O4. Has made the manufacture of thick film thermistor NTC by mixing ingredients consisting of CuO 15%, MnO 20%, ZnO 5%, NiO 30% and Fe2O3 30% and ground for 30 minutes then added OV (Organic Vehicle) for the paste material and superimposed above alumina substrates by screen printing method and sintered at a temperature of 11000C. Resistivity value after the test resistivity of 0.808 Mohm.cm and impaired resistivity after heat treatment. On the results of x-rays obtained difrkasi irregular patterns are likely to be the influence of the material making up the film thickness. SEM results showed a hollow structure. At the time before and after heat treatment obtained a large reduction in the value of resistivity of 0.808 Mohm.cm, Mohm.cm 0.02193 and 0.00008065 Mohm.cm with thermistor constant decline of 3925.10K, 1241.320K and 342.72 0K. However, it indicates that the sample can be used in both the thermistor is current prior to heat treatment at a constant value of the thermistor, the thermistor into the market where the market needs constant value of the thermistor is ≥20000K.
