Abstract

Keselamatan kerja merupakan hal yang harus dipenuhi dalam melindungi para pekerja dari kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai penerapan hasil belajar kesehatan keselamatan kerja pada pelaksanaan praktikum jasa boga siswa SMKN 3 Cimahi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Kriteria Unjuk Kerja. Populasi adalah siswa kelas 10 jurusan jasa boga dengan Sample Random Sampling dengan jumlah 39 orang. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa siswa masih sangat kurang menerapkan kesehatan keselamatan kerja pada aspek lingkungan fisik dapur, penempatan peralatan dan perlengkapan dapur, sedangkan keselamatan personal berada pada kriteria kurang diterapkan. Rekomendasi ditunjukan kepada peserta didik pada pelaksanaan praktikum untuk meningkatkan aspek pada keselamatan lingkungan fisik dapur, peralatan dapur, perlengkapan keselamatan kerja, dan keselamatan personal serta terus menggali wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan keselamatan kerja. Kata Kunci: Penerapan, Hasil Belajar, Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja, Pelaksanaan Praktikum Jasa Boga. Safety is something that must be met to protect workers from possible accidents. The aims of this study was to obtain an overview of the application of the learning outcomes Occupational health and safety in catering students practical implementation SMKN 3 Cimahi. This study used a descriptive method of data collection techniques using performance criteria. The population is a grade X stydent majoring in catering to Sampel Random Sampling with 39 people. Results of the study revealed that student are still lacking apply Occupational health and safety in the physical environment aspects kitchen, placement of equipment and kitchen supplies, while personal safety is at less criteria applied. Recommendations addressed to the students in the practical implementation to improve the safety aspects of the physical environment kitchen, kitchen equipment, equipment safety and personal safety as well as continue to explore the insight and knowledge about health safety Keyword: Application, Learning Outcomes, Occupational Health and Safety, Practical Implementation Of Catering Service.
