Abstract

Kitab suci al-Quran merupakan pedoman dan penyelamat kehidupan manusia di dunia. Upaya memahami al-Quran sebagai petunjuk umat manusia di dunia yakni dengan mempelajari al-Quran dan mengajarkan al-Quran. Akan tetapi, umat Islam yang mayoritas di Indonesia tidak lantas membuat seluruh penganutnya mampu membaca al-Quran dengan benar. Kondisi ini justru memprihatinkan dengan terdapatnya umat Islam yang tidak bisa membaca al-Qur’an. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut, peneliti meneliti lembaga pendidikan yang memfokuskan pendidikan di bidang al-Quran yakni Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Falah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program pembelajaran tilawah al-Quran dengan memfokuskan penelitian kepada perencanaan, proses, dan hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari data tersebut di analisis dengan mereduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan data bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Falah melaksanakan program pembelajaran tilawah al-Quran dengan 4 tahapan, yang disebut tahapan belajar al-Quran. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut yakni tahajjī, mu’allam, murattal dan mujawwad. Kemudian, perencanaan pembelajaran tilawah al-Quran meliputi visi, misi, tujuan, dan rencana kerja. Selanjutnya, pelaksanaan meliputi organisasi program, pelaksanaan kegiatan program, bidang peserta didik, bidang kurikulum dan rencana pembelajaran, bidang pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, bidang sarana dan prasarana, dan bidang pendanaan. Langkah-langkah pembelajaran tilawah al-Qur’an disesuaikan dengan tahapan belajar al-Quran dengan menggunakan metode talaqqī. Ditinjau dari Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 49 Tahun 2007 tentang Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan oleh Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tilawah al-Quran di Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Falah dikategorikan baik dan cukup baik, serta menghasilkan santri dari serangkaian evaluasi yang memiliki kompetensi membaca al-Quran yang baik, bahkan berprestasi di bidang tilawah al-Quran tingkat Regional, Nasional dan Internasional. Some of the efforts of comprehending al-Quran as the guidance for mankind is by studying al-Quran and teaching it. Nevertheless, although Islam is the religion of the majority in this country, it does not necessarily mean that all of its followers can read al-Quran correctly. Having Muslim people not being able to read al-Quran is worrisome. To solve the problem, the researcher conducted research in an educational institution concentrating on the program of al-Quran education, namely Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Falah.The research particularly aims to find about tilawah al-Quran teaching and learning by focusing on the planning, process, and outcomes. It adopted study case research design with qualitative approach. Data were collected by means of interview, observation, and documentary analysis. The data were then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and inference. The findings show that Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Falah conducts tilawah al-Quran program in four stages. The stages are tahajjī, mu’allam, murattal dan mujawwad. Meanwhile, the planning of tilawah al-Quran comprises vision, missions, objectives, and work plans. In addition, the implementation includes program organization, program implementation, student field, curriculum and instructional planning field, teacher and education personnel field, infrastructure field, and financial field. The stages of tilawah al-Quran teaching and learning are adjusted to the learning stages according to talaqqī method. Based on the Regulation of Ministry of National Education No. 49 of 2007 concerning Standards of Education Management by Non-formal Education Unit, the planning and teaching-learning implementation of tilawah al-Quran in Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Falah can be categorized as good and fair, respectively. Furthermore, the program has created santri (students) that, based on a series of evaluations, are classified to have good competences in reading Al-Quran; in fact, some of them achieve at either regional, national, and international levels in the field of tilawah al-Quran.
