Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kerjasama siswa melakukan gerakan dalam pembelajaran senam aerobik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelas atau dilapangan khususnya dalam pembelajaran aktivitas senam aerobik melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini terdiri atas tahap perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, analisis dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 orang, siswa siswi kelas VC SDPN Setiabudi Bandung. Proses penelitian dibagi kedalam dua siklus, dan tiap siklus terdiri atas dua tindakan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan observasi pada proses pembelajaran aktivitas senam aerobik, serta menggunakan catatan lapangan. Semua data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik prosentase dan rata-rata. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa penerapan pengajaran dengan pendekatan model pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatkan kerjasama siswa pada pembelajaran senam aerobik. Dari data yang dihasilkan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran senam aerobik melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif (cooperative learnig) untuk observasi awal rata-rata sebesar 48,4 %, siklus I tindakan I sebesar 56,8 %, siklus I tindakan II sebesar 62,4 %, siklus II tindakan I sebesar 68,5 % dan siklus II tindakan II sebesar 77,6 %. ---------- The main problem of this study is the lack of cooperation between the students in doing movement in the aerobics learning process. The research method that used in this study was classroom action research. The aim of using classroom action reseach method is to improving the learning teaching process whether in the class or in the field, especially in learning process activity through cooperative learning model. This study was consisted of several stage; action planning, action, observation, analysis and reflection. This study was conducted on 35 students 5th Grade of SDPN Setiabudhi Bandung. The research process was divided into two cycles, each cycle consisting of two actions. Data was collected by using questionnaires and observation in the learning process activity, as well as the use of field notes. All data collected was analyzed by using techniques percentage and average. From the results of the data analysis showed that the implementation of the teaching model of cooperative learning approaches can improving student learning cooperation. We can concluded that it showed an increasing student’s cooperation in the aerobics learning process through cooperative learning model. For the initial observation on average by 48.4%, cycle I measures I 56.8%, cycle I action II amounted to 62.4%, cycle II measures I and cycle II 68.5% 77.6% II action.
