Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung kelas XI IPS tahun ajaran 2013/2014 mengenai pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan cara belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik guru, cara belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 204 siswa dan sampelnyaadalah seluruh populasi kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 135 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear multipel dengan uji keberartian regresi linear multipel (uji F) dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi (uji t). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa regresi berarti. Sedangkan hasil uji t dari pengujian hipotesis pertama diperoleh nilai thitung untuk kompetensi pedagogik guru yaitu 6,460 dan ttabel sebesar 1,978. Karena nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 6,460 > 1,978 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis kedua diperoleh nilai thitung untuk cara belajar siswa yaitu 2,288 dan ttabel sebesar 1,978. Karena nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,288 > 1,978 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif cara belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Because tcount > ttable, that is 6,460 > 1.978, H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is positive influence of pedagogical competence of teachers on student achievement. The results of testing the second hypothesis is obtained tcount weeks to student learning is 2,288 and ttable of 1,978. Because the value thitung > ttabel, that is 2,288 > 1.978 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.
