Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan K3, pelaksanaan K3, hambatan K3, kemampuan kognitif siswa, kemampuan afektif siswa, kemampuan psikomotorik siswa dan pengaruh implementasi K3 terhadap pembelajaran praktik produktif di bengkel SMK. Penelitian ini berlangsung di SMK Ciwaringin. Data utama penelitian ini diperoleh dari siswa dan ketua program studi sebagai key informant, sedangkan data penunjang dikumpulkan dari berbagai dokumen yang ada di bengkel praktik dan siswa SMK PGRI Plumbon Cirebon sebagai sampel pengujian instrumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi dan quasi eksperimen dengan desain times series design. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data mentah yang diperoleh kemudian di reduksi, dirangkum dan dikelompok-kelompokkan sesuai kategori yang ada serta diuji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan hipotesisnya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) tahap eksplorasi; a) perencanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada umumnya berkategori cukup; b) pelaksanaan K3 dalam pembelajaran praktik produktif dalam kategori kurang; c) hambatan K3 dalam pembelajaran praktik produktif diantaranya kesadaran praktikan terhadap K3 dan terbatasnya biaya untuk membeli peralatan-prelatan baru dan alat pelindung diri. (2) tahap eksplorasi; a) kemampuan kognitif siswa termasuk kategori tinggi dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata gain 55% setelah dilakukan perlakuan; b) kemampuan afektif siswa termasuk kategori sedang dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata gain 45%; c) kemampuan psikomotorik siswa meliputi keterampilan dalam merakit dan membongkar suatu komponen sesuai K3 pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata gain 65%. ---------- This study aims to explore, describe and analyze the K3 planning, implementation K3, K3 barriers, students' cognitive abilities, the ability of the student affective, psychomotor abilities and influence the implementation of K3 students to study of productive practices in vocational workshop. The study took place in SMK Ciwaringin. The main data of this study were obtained from students and head of the study program as a key informant, while supporting data were collected from various documents at the workshop practices and student of SMK PGRI Plumbon Cirebon as sample testing instruments. This study uses a quasi exploration and experimentation with design times series design. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation, and testing. The raw data obtained later in the reduction, are summarized and grouped by category of existing and tested the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and hypothesis. Results of the study revealed that: (1) the exploration stage; a) the safety and health plan is generally categorized enough; b) the implementation of K3 in the learning practices in the category of less productive; c) K3 barriers to learning such productive practice practitioner awareness of the K3 and limited cost-prelatan to buy new equipment and personal protective equipment. (2) the experiment stage; a) the students' cognitive abilities, including high category with an increase in the average value gain of 55% after the treatment; b) affective abilities of students, including the medium category with an increase in the average value gain of 45%; c) the ability of psychomotor skills in students include assemble and disassemble a component in accordance K3 in the category with an average gain of 65%.
