Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2013 dan telah menerapkan good corporate governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh GCG yang diukur dengan skor yang diperoleh dari hasil pemeringkatan Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) terhadap harga saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dan mengikuti pemeringkatan CGPI. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari masing-masing perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2009-2013 dan skor hasil pemeringkatan CGPI yang dilakukan oleh Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) bekerja sama dengan majalah SWA. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi dengan menggunakan Produk Statistik dan Layanan Solusi (SPSS) versi 20.0 Good corporate governance yang diukur dengan CGPI menunjukkan hasil skor yang menurun dan harga saham perusahaan yang menerapkan GCG juga mengalami penurunan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa GCG yang diukur dengan skor CGPI memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Good Corporate Governance, CGPI, Harga Saham. The background of this research was the decreasing of stock market price on company which applied good corporate governance and registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 2009-2013. This research aimed to examine the influence of GCG as measured by the scores obtained from the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) on stock market price. The methods that used in this research were descriptive and verification. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The numbers of sample that obtained in this study were 10 registered companies on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange) and also followed the rating of CGPI. The data that used were secondary data from each of the registered companies on the Bursa efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 2009-2013 and a score on the rating of CGPI conducted by the Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) in cooperation with SWA magazine. The analysis technique that used was a simple linear regression and the significance test of the regression coefficient using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.0. Good corporate governance that was measured by the CGPI showed declining scores results and stock market price of company which applied GCG also decreased. These research results showed that the GCG as measured by a score CGPI influenced the stock market price. Key words: Good Corporate Governance, CGPI, Stock Market Price
