Abstract
Kota Bandung adalah salah satu tujuan wisata paling digemari di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyaknya tempat wisata yang ada di kota Bandung. Salah satu destinasi favorit turis kota Bandung adalah Kampung Gajah. Kampung Gajah yang mulai menuai popularitas sebagai tempat rekreasi ternama di Bandung di tahun 2011. Akan tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu popularitas yang didapatkan Kampung Gajah mulai hilang dua tahun berturut-turut di tahun 2012 dan tahun 2013 dengan angka penurunan yang cukup signifikan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis customer experience quality yang mempengaruhi revisit intention pengunjung Kampung Gajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 100 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisi yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi Pearson’s product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji untuk melihat pengaruh parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa customer experience quality dan revisit intention keduanya berada pada ketegori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi, variabel customer experience quality (X) memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi kuat dengan variabel revisit intention (Y). Hasil perhitungan analisi regresi sederhana diketahui bahwa 47,88% revisit intention pengunjung Kampung Gajah dipengaruhi oleh customer experience quality. Selanjutnya sisanya 52,12% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Kata Kunci: Customer experience quality, keputusan pembelian, pariwisata, revisit intention, perilaku pasca pembelian Bandung city is one of favourite tourist destination in Indonesia. Which it caused by the number of tourist attraction in Bandung. Kampung Gajah started gaining popularity as one of most well known theme park in Bandung in 2011. However as the time goes, the popularity of Kampung Gajah started to decline for two consecutive year. In 2012 and 2013 the number of the visitor decreased significantly. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer experience quality which influence revisit intention of visitor of Kampung Gajah. Descriptive method and verification method were the method that this research use. The number of samples in this study are 100 people and the sampling technique of the research is purposive sampling. Using correlation coefficients Pearson’s product as analysis technique and simple regression analysis. Using t-test to see the effect partially as hypothesis test. The result indicated that both customer experience quality and revisit intention categorized in high category. The result also indicated that customer experience quality had medium influence to revisit intention. Coefficient correlation indicates that there was relation between customer experience quality and revisit intention. The result of simple regression analysis calculated that the influence of customer experience quality on revisit intention are 47, 88% while the remaining 52,22% influenced by other factors that didn’t examined by writer.
