    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji didalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi kerja karyawan Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung yang ditandai dengan pencapaian kinerja karyawan yang belum optimal. Permasalahan ini harus segera diatasi karena dapat menjadi penghambat bagi tercapainya tujuan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Ada sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, salah satunya adalah kompensasi.
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompensasi dan tingkat motivasi kerja karyawan Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, serta untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan metode survey explanatory. Populasi berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh parsial.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi pada Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung berada pada kategori cukup puas dan motivasi kerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukan adanya hubungan dengan tingkat sedang antara kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya manusia di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Besarnya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja adalah sebesar 17 % sedangkan sisanya 83 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti penulis.

    Problem examined in this study is the low employee motivation in the Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, which is marked by the achievement of employee performance is not optimal. This problem must be addressed immediately as it can be a barrier to the attainment of the objectives of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. There are a number of factors that can affect employee motivation in the Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, one of which is compensation.
    This study is aimed to determine the level of compensation and the level of work motivation of Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, and to determine the influence of the level of compensation to work motivation in the Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. The object is the unit of analysis in this study is an employee the Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung.
    This study uses descriptive verification method, the research method used is explanatory survey. Population of 38 respondents. The analysis technique used is the pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test to see the effect of partially.
    The results showed that the compensation in the Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung is located in the quite satisfied category and work motivation is located in the high category. The correlation showed calculation with the middle level effect of compensation to work motivation in the Human Resource Services Division at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. The amount of effect on the compensation of to work motivation is 17% while the remaining 83% is influenced by other factors that not examined by the author.
