Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKS praktikum berdasarkan model inkuiri terbimbing pada penentuan kadar asam sitrat dalam minuman berenergi. LKS praktikum yang dikembangkan dinilai oleh guru dan dosen terhadap kesesuaiannya dengan konsep dan tata bahasa. LKS juga diuji cobakan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri dan respon siswa. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan dan pengembangan model (uji coba terbatas). LKS praktikum topik titrasi asam basa yang ada di sekolah dan sumber LKS lain kebanyakan masih dalam bentuk cookbook. Hasil optimasi penggunaan bahan dalam praktikum titrasi adalah menggunakan 3 tetes indikator fenolftalein, dengan konsentrasi NaOH 0,0426 M (minuman berenergi A) dan 0,0089 M (minuman berenergi B). Hasil keterlaksanaan praktikum menggunakan LKS praktikum yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI di salah satu SMA Negeri Bandung menunjukkan sebesar 92,5% untuk keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri dan 90,3% untuk hasil penilaian jawaban siswa, sehingga keduanya termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil penilaian guru dan dosen terhadap kesesuaian LKS praktikum dengan konsep diperoleh 87,0% (sangat baik). Penilaian guru dan dosen terhadap kesesuaian LKS praktikum dengan tata bahasa memperoleh skor 81,9% (sangat baik). Sementara itu, hasil respon siswa terhadap LKS praktikum yang dikembangkan sebesar 80,7% (sangat baik).---------- This study aims to develop guided inquiry model based lab worksheet on determination of citric acid concentration in energy drinks. The step of this study includes preliminary study and model development (limited testing). The developed lab-work was assessed by teachers and lecturers in terms of the concept and grammar. Lab-worksheet was also assessed to determine the feasibility stage of inquiry and students’ responses. Based on literature study and survey conducted to 10 senior high schools (SMA) in Bandung, acid base titration laboratory worksheets are mostly still cookbook. The result of optimization for each titration is using 3 drops of phenolphtalein indicator, and NaOH 0,0426 M (energy drink A) dan 0,0089 M (energy drink B). The result of feasibility of the developed lab-work that was conducted to grade XI students from one of senior high schools in Bandung showed its inquiry steps feasibility to be 92,5% and students’ assessments answer 90,3%, thus the two were categorized as very good. The assessment results from teachers and lectures on laboratory teaching materials developed in terms of concept and grammars obtained respectively 87,0% and 81,9% (very good). Meanwhile, the result of students’ response were 80,7% (very good).
