Abstract
Pencapaian karier tidak akan terlepas dari pengambilan keputusan karier. Untuk dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan karier secara tepat, individu perlu meyakini bahwa ia mampu melalui proses pengambilan keputusan karier secara tepat. Individu yang dapat mengambil keputusan karier secara tepat terindikasi dari penguasaan kompetensi penilaian diri, informasi pekerjaan, pemilihan tujuan, perencanaan, dan penyelesaian masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran umum mengenai self-efficacy keputusan karier dan mengkaji rancangan layanan dasar untuk pengembangan self-efficacy karier. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, sedangkan metode penelitiannya adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada populasi sebanyak 102 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa self-efficacy keputusan karier peserta didik kelas XI SMA Kartika Siliwangi XIX-2 berada pada kategori cukup yakin, dengan nilai rerata yang beragam. Demikian pula berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan kelompok peminatan. Dengan demikian, disusn rancangan layanan dasar berdasarkan indikator dari tiap kompetensi self-efficacy keputusan karier untuk pengembangan self-efficacy keputusan karier dengan memerhatikan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan peserta didik yang berkaitan dengan keadaan dirinya sendiri dan lingkungan pendidikan atau pekerjaan. Saran untuk Guru BK diharapkan dapat menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik, mengembangkan keterampilan interpersonal, dan mengevaluasi layanan dasar. Sedangkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah dapat melakukan pengumpulan data dengan berbagai teknik, hasil penelitian sampai pada tahap mampu memprediksi minat pendidikan dan pekerjaan berdasarkan self-efficacy keputusan karier yang dimiliki, serta mampu mengembangkan dan menguji keefektifan rancangan layanan dasar. ---------- The achievement of a career will not be separated from the career decision-making. To be able to do a proper career decision making,individuals need to believe that he/she was able of through the career decision-making process. Individuals who can do career decisions indicated of mastery of competencies self-appraisal, occupation information, goal selection, planning, and problem solving. The purpose of this research was to obtain an overview of the career decision self-efficacy and reviewing guidance curriculum for the development of career decision self-efficacy. The approach used in this research is quantitative, while the research is descriptive method. The research was conducted on a population of 102 respondent. The results showed that career decisions self-efficacy of students of class XI SMA Kartika Siliwangi XIX-2 were in the category some confidence, with the mean score of diverse. Similarly, by sex and group specialization. Therefore, guidance curriculum designed based on indicators of each competency career decision self-efficacy for development career decision self-efficacy having regard to the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of students related to the state himself/herself and educational or work environment. Recommendations for BK Teachers is expected to do need assessment of students, develop interpersonal skills, and evaluate guidance curriculum. As for the next researcher is able to perform data collection by various techniques, the results reached the stage of being able to predict interest in career based on career decision self-efficacy, and be able to develop and test the effectiveness of the design of guidance curriculum.
