Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Giant Pasteur Hyper Point. Diketahui dari banyaknya pelanggan yang melakukan switching out ke brand retail lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tata ruang dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan di Giant Pasteur Hyper Point serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata ruang terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Giant Pasteur Hyper Point. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi Pearson’s product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t untuk melihat pengaruh parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tata ruang di Giant Pasteur Hyper Point berada pada kategori tinggi dan kepuasan pelanggan berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi, variabel tata ruang (X) memiliki memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi sedang dengan variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana diketahui bahwa kepuasan pelanggana dipengaruhi oleh tata ruang sebesar 17,2%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 82,8%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. ---------- The issue examined in this study is the customers’ satisfaction level of Giant Pasteur Hyper Point which has not yet reached its maximal level. It can be seen from the fact that many customers did switching out to other brand retail. This study aims to describe the layout and customers’ satisfaction level at Giant Pasteur Hyper Point as well as to determine the effect of layout design on customers’ satisfaction at Giant Pasteur Hyper Point. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The samples in this study are 100 people. The analysis technique used is the coefficient of Pearson's product moment correlation and simple regression analysis. The t test is used in hypothesis testing to see the partial effect of variables. The results show that layout at Giant Pasteur Hyper Point are at the high category and customers’ satisfaction are also high. The results of the correlation show that variable layout (X) has a positive correlation with a medium level of classification with variable customers’ satisfaction (Y). The calculation result of simple regression analysis yields that 17.2% of customers’ satisfaction is influenced layout, while the other 82.8% is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this study.
