Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang meneliti kontribusi hasil belajar Mata Kuliah Teknik Pengolahan Kue III terhadap Kesiapan Professional and Competency Development. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh besaran kontribusi yang diberikan dari hasil mata kuliah tersebut pada kesiapan Professional and Competency Development. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi diharapkannya kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan dari hasil belajar Mata Kuliah Teknik Pengolahan Kue III terhadap Kesiapan Professional and Competency Development. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling yang menunjukkan sampel berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder berupa nilai Mata Kuliah Teknik Pengolahan Kue III dan instrumen berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan dari hasil belajar Mata Kuliah Teknik Pengolahan Kue III terhadap Kesiapan Professional and Competency Development. Berasan kontribusi tersebut adalah sebesar 6%. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada institusi terkait yaitu untuk dapat mengembangkan lagi kesiapan Professional and Competency Development melalui pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Teknik Pengolahan Kue III maupun aspek lain yang belum diteliti oleh penelitian ini ---------- This research examines the contribution of Teknik Pengolahan Kue III learning outcomes for Professional and Competency Development Readiness. The background of this research is a hoping for a positive and significant contribution of Teknik Pengolahan Kue III learning outcomes for Professional and Competency Development Readiness. The aim of this study was to obtain the amount of contributions made from the results of the course on the readiness of Professional and Competency Development. The method used is descriptive associative method. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling that shows a sample of 43 people. Data collection techniques using secondary data Teknik Pengolahan Kue III score and questionnaire instrument. The results showed that there is a positive and significant contribution of learning for Professional and Competency Development Readiness. The amount of the contribution is 6.6%. Recommendations addressed to the relevant institution is to be able to develop again the readiness of Professional and Competency Development through Teknik Pengolahan Kue III learning process and other aspects that have not been investigated by this study.
