Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian secara umum, “apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran?”. Secara lebih khusus rumusan masalah terdiri dari dari “(1) Apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran pada aspek empathy?; (2) Apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran pada aspek respect?; (3) Apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran pada aspek commitment?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random sampling, jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan kesimpulan umum dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran. Adapun kesimpulan secara khusus menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran pada aspek empathy; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran pada aspek respect; (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan prinsip andragogi dengan sikap widyaiswara dalam pembelajaran pada aspek commitment. ----------The purpose of the study was to answer the research questions in general, "is there any positive and significant correlation between application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturers in learning activity?". Specifically, the research questions were "(1) Is there any positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturers in learning activity in empathy acspect?; (2) Is there any positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturers in learning activity in respect aspect?; (3) Is there any positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturers in learning activity in commitment aspect?. This research used correlational research methods with quantitative approach. The instrument of research used questionnaire. The sampling technique was random sampling, number of samples were 30 people. Based on the general conclusion in this research, there was positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with lecturers’ attitude in the learning activity. The conclusions specifically indicate that (1) There was positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturer in learning activity in emphaty aspects; (2) There was positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturers in learning activity in respect aspects; (3) There was positive and significant correlation between the application of andragogy principles with the attitude of lecturers in learning activity in commitment aspects.
