Abstract

Saat ini, sistem pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa menjadi sebuah tuntutan dalam pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran yang memusatkan perhatian pada guru secara tidak langsung memberikan dampak yang kurang baik pada rasa percaya diri siswa. Kebiasaan siswa dijejali materi pembelajaran tanpa proses mencari dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang tidak mandiri. Peristiwa tersebut bisa ditemukan dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Pada kompetensi dasar tertentu tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai dengan baik, dan hasil pembelajaran masih belum menunjukan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil pembelajaran. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada kompetensi menulis cerpen siswa kelas IX. Pada dasarnya siswa belum bisa menuangkan ide, perasaan, dan pemikiran dalam sebuah tulisan utuh yang mampu menghibur pembaca selain itu, siswa belum bisa menciptakan kalimat yang tepat untuk menghidupkan cerita. Strategi Kuriositas Berbasis Kecerdasan Linguistik merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Strategi ini menitikberatkan pada rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap hal yang dipelajarinya yang diimbangi dengan kemampuan kecerdasan linguistik untuk membantu membuat kalimat yang saling berkaitan dan membentuk kesatuan yang utuh dalam bentuk cerpen. Tujuan dari penggunaan Strategi Kuriositas Berbasis Kecerdasan Linguistik adalah untuk mengatahui keefektifan Strategi Kuriositas Berbasis Kecerdasan Linguistik terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa kelas IX. Eksperimenkuasi dijadikan sebagai ruh dalam penelitian ini, dan menggunakan desain the matching-only preetest-posttest control group design. Desain ini menggunakan dua kelompok belajar, satu kelompok terdiri dari 30 orang siswa. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan cara tes menulis cerpen sebelum dan sesudah treatment pada masing-masing kelompok belajar, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Setelah semua data terkumpul, data tersebut diolah secara statistik. Dari uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, 0,000 < α (0,05) dengan taraf signifikansi 95%. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut maka Ha diterima bahwa Strategi Pembelajaran Kuriositas Berbasis Kecerdasan Linguistik efektif terhadap pembelajaran menulis cerpen siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 26 Bandung. Hal tersebut mendeskripsikan pula bahwa keefektifan Strategi Kuriositas Berbasis Kecerdasan Linguistik dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu referensi strategi pembelajaran untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen pada khususnya dan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada umumnya.----------The learning process that focuses on teacher indirect adverse impact on the confidence of students.
