Abstract

Program Art Education merupakan suatu kegiatan pendidikan kecakapan hidup yang dipersiapkan oleh PKBM Taboo sebagai wadah dalam mengembangkan kreativitas masyarakat Dago Pojok Bandung. Art Education adalah salah satu program pembelajaran di bidang seni yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan pelatihan atau kursus dibeberapa bidang baik bidang seni, maupun keterampilan. Salah satu program pengembangan potensi dan kreativitas pada kegiatan Art Education ini adalah keterampilan pembuatan batik fraktal yang sudah berkembang menjadi industri batik. Kegiatan ini membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya dibidang pembuatan produk batik fraktal, serta mampu mendorong masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kreativitas melalui kegiatan produksi sehingga menghasilkan produk yang memiliki ciri khas serta nilai jual. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) proses penyelenggaraan program Art Education bidang industri batik fraktal dalam upaya mengembangkan kreativitas masyarakat Dago Pojok Bandung, 2) hasil pengembangan kreativitas yang diperoleh peserta, 3) dampak penyelenggaraan program Art Education bidang industri batik fraktal di PKBM Dago Pojok Bandung. Kajian pustaka pada penelitian ini yaitu mencangkup tentang konsep Art Education, konsep kecakapan hidup, konsep pengelolaan program, dan konsep kreativitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek peneliti terdiri dari 1 orang pihak pengelola, 1 orang tutor serta 2 orang peserta yang terlibat dan aktif dalam program, sehingga jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 orang yang bertempat di PKBM Taboo Dago Pojok Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan pembahasalan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh data, yaitu:1) Proses penyelenggaraan program Art Education bidang industri batik fraktal telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta melalui tahapan pengelolaan program, diantaranya proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program, 2) Hasil pengembangan kreativitas peserta dilihat dengan pendekatan 4P, Pribadi kreatif, Press, Proses kreatif, dan Produk kreatif. Berdasarkan pendekatan tersebut pada kegiatan ini kreativitas peserta sudah muncul dan berkembang dengan baik. 3) dampak penyelenggaraan program Art Education bidang industri batik fraktal ini adanya kemampuan saling membelajarkan, peningkatan pendapatan dan pemasaran produk. ---------- Art Education Program is one of life-skill educative activities provided by PKBM Taboo as an organization on developing creativity. Art Education is one of learning programs on art field intended to enhance entrepreneurship of the community through trainings or courses in both arts and skills. One of the developing potential and creativity program on Art Education is Batik-Fractal-Making skill that has been developed into batik industry. This activity supports the communty to develop their abilitiy on making batik fractal product, and also supports the community to enhance their creativity through production resulting in a product which has distinctive features and selling points. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) The Implementation process of Art Education Batik Fractal Industry on Developing Creativity of Dago Pojok Bandung Community, 2) the result of creativity development on participant, 3) the impact of the Art Education Batik Fractal Industry program in PKBM Taboo Dago Pojok Bandung. The literature review of this study covers Art Education concept, life skill concept, management program concept, and creativity concept. The research metode used is descriptive method with qualitative approach and data collecting techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation study. The subject of research consists of 1 people from managerial staff, 1 tutor, and 2 participants that involved and active during the program, thus total of the infomant is 4 people which took place in PKBM Taboo Dago Pojok Bandung. Based on the results of data processing and discussion of the result, some data obtained : 1) The Implementation process of Art Education Batik Fractal Industry has been carried out based on participant needs through stages of program management including planning, performance, and evaluation, 2) the result of creativity development on participant can be seen through 4P approach, Pribadi kreatif, Press, Proses Kreatif, and Produk kreatif. Based on this approach, the creativity of participant have already emerged and progressing well, 3) the impact of Art Education Batik Fractal Industry program are the capability to educate each other, to increase income, and product marketing.
