Abstract

Keberadaan karyawan di Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan pelaksana kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil pencapaian kinerja Dishubkominfo Kabupaten Sukabumi dari tahun 2012 – 2014, dan hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Bagian SDM dan Umum realisasi capaian kinerja dalam sasaran strategis bidang sumber daya manusia belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement), dan kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode descriptive explanatory survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Sukabumi yang berjumlah 103 orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael, diperoleh 90 orang yang terdistribusi secara proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) terhadap kinerja karyawan, digunakan teknik analysis path (analisis jalur) dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi kuat, tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi, tingkat keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) tinggi, tingkat kinerja karyawan tinggi, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement). Pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. ---------- Presence of employees at Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Sukabumi is policy implementation and operational activities in achieving organizational goals. Based on the achievement of performance Dishubkominfo Kabupaten Sukabumi from years 2012 - 2014, and interviews with the Head of Human Resources and General realization of the gains in the strategic objectives of human resources is not optimal. This study aims to describe the organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and the performance at Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Sukabumi. This research uses descriptive method explanatory survey. The study population was employees of Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Kabupaten Sukabumi totaling 103 people. Based on the results of a sample calculation using the formula Isaac and Michael, acquired 90 people who distributed proportionally. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To measure the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee engagement on employee performance, used technique of path analysis using SPSS software version 20.00. The results showed that strong organizational culture, job satisfaction is high, the level of employee engagement high, high levels of employee performance, organizational culture and job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee engagement. The influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee engagement have a positive influence on employee performance.
