Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran mikro yang terdiri dari kemampuan menyusun rencana pembelajaran dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Manajemen Bisnis, Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran angkatan 2011 yang telah selesai mengikuti mata kuliah pembelajaran mikro dan telah melaksanakan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dengan jumlah 347 mahasiswa, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 186 mahasiswa dengan teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disusun dalam skala numerik. Dalam penelitian ini terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian instrumen yaitu dengan pengujian reliabilitas dan validitas instrumen. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian normalitas data, dan terakhir dilakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik parametrik korelasi pearson product moment. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung uji signifikansi pengaruh pembelajaran mikro terhadap kesiapan mengajar adalah 2,298 sementara t_tabel sebesar 1,653. Menunjukkan bahwa t_hitung>t_tabel atau 2,298 > 1,653, maka H_0 ditolak dan H_a diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran mikro terhadap kesiapan mengajar diterima. Artinya pembelajaran mikro berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa. ----------This study aims to determine the effect of micro teaching consisting of the skills to plan learning and teaching skills to the readiness of students in teaching. The study was conducted at Faculty of Economic and Business Education, Indonesia University of Education. The population employed in this research is the students of Accounting Education, Economic Education, Business Management Education, and Office Management study programs 2011 academic year who have completed micro teaching subject and internship program with the total of 347 students. However, this research only took 186 students as the sample by using simple random technique. The data were collected by using a questionnaire which is compiled in numeric scale. In this research, testing instrument was firstly done by reliability test and instrument validity. Then, data normality test was done followed by hypothesis test using correlation parametric statistic test (pearson product moment). Based on the hypothesis test, the result shows that ttest of the significant test on micro teaching effect towards the readiness of teaching is 2,298, while ttable lies in the amount of 1,653. It indicates that ttest > ttable or 2,298 > 1,653, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an effect in micro teaching towards the readiness of teaching. It means that micro teaching affects the readiness of students in teaching.
