Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pembangunan kawasan wisata di sebuah pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh pembangunan kawasan wisata GTK terhadap masyarakat Desa Taringgul terutama dalam hal mata pencaharian. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi mata pencaharian masyarakat yang terkena dampak pembangunan Giri Tirta Kahuripan, bagaimana respon masyarakat dengan dibangunnya kawasan wisata Giri Tirta Kahuripan, perubahan apa yang ditimbulkan oleh pembangunan Giri Tirta Kahuripn terhadap masyarakat yang terkena pembangunan tersebut, dan perubahan apa yang terjadi pada lingkungan sekitar pembangunan Giri Tirta Kahuripan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan kondisi umum mata pencaharian masyarakat di Desa Taringgul Tonggoh (2) mengidentifikasi dan mngungkapkan respon masyarakat dengan dibangunnya Giri Tirta Kahuripan (3) mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan perubahan yang ditimbulkan dengan dibangunnya tempat wisata Giri Tirta Kahuripan (4) mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan kondidi ekonomi masyarakat Taringgul sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan kawasan wisata Giri Tirta Kahuripan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan mixed method yang berarti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif di dalamnya. Pengolahan data menggunakan frekuensi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan populasi masyarakat Desa Taringgul Tonggoh. Adapun proses pengambilan data menggunakan sampling purposive, dimana jumlah sampel tidak ditentukan tergantung dari peneliti itu sendiri. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, terlihat adanya pergeseran mata pencaharian dari petani ke jasa ojek, petani ke jasa parkir, petani ke jasa kebun, petani ke pegawai GTK, petani ke pedagang. Kawasan wisata GTK paling banyak menyerap tenaga kerja sebagai pegawai di kawasan GTK tersebut. ---------- This research is motivated by the construction of a tourist area in the countryside. The purposes of this research are to determine whether or not the influence of GTK as tourism area development on the community of Taringgul Village, particularly in terms of livelihood. Formulation of the problem of this research is how the livelihood conditions of affected community caused by the development of Giri Tirta Kahuripan. how the response of the community with the construction of the tourist area of Giri Tirta Kahuripan, what changes brought by the development of Giri Tirta Kahuripan to the affected community, and what changes occur in the environment around the development of Giri Tirta Kahuripan. The purposes of this resarch are (1) to identify and describe the general condition of the community livelihood in Taringgul Tonggoh Village (2) to identify and express the community's response to the development of Giri Tirta Kahuripan (3) to identify and describe the changes brought by the development of the tourist area of Giri Tirta Kahuripan (4) to identify and describe economic condition of community of Taringgul before and after the development of the tourist area of Giri Tirta Kahuripan. This research uses descriptive method with mixed method approach that uses both qualitative and quantitative approach. The data processing uses frequency. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaire with the population of Taringgul Tonggoh Village. The retrieval of data uses purposive sampling, where an unspecified number of samples depends on the researcher. After doing research, reflecting the livelihood of farmer shifts to the motorcycle taxi services, farmer to parking services, farmer to garden services, farmer to the GTK employees, farmer to trader. GTK tourist area absorbs the most labor as a clerk in the GTK area.
