    Abstract

    AGF merupakan suatu bionutrien yang memiliki kandungan NPK tinggi dan berpotensi sebagai biopestisida. Oleh karena itu, kandungan metabolit sekunder serta gugus fungsi yang ada didalamnya perlu untuk diungkapkan. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan bahwa bionutrien AGF yang diekstraksi dengan menggunakan campuran etil asetat dan n-heksana dengan perbandingan 3:7 dapat meningkatkan resistensi tanaman terhadap hama, khususnya pada cabai merah keriting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan jenis golongan metabolit sekunder dan gugus fungsi yang terkandung dalam ekstrak AGF hasil fraksinasi dengan etil asetat dan n-heksana (3:7). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis skrining fitokimia dan spektroskopi IR. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bawha ekstrak AGF memiliki metabolit sekunder golongan alkaloid, terpenoid, dan tanin, serta memiliki gugus fungsi –OH, -C-H sp3, –C=O dan –C=C.

    AGF is a bionutrien which has a high content of NPK and potential as biopesticides. Therefore, the content of secondary metabolites as well as functional groups therein need to be disclosed. Previous studies showed that AGF bionutrien extracted by a mixture of ethyl acetate and n-hexane with ratio 3: 7 could increase the resistance of plants to a desease (especially on the curly red chili). The purpose of this study was to reveal the types of groups of secondary metabolites and functional groups contained in extracted AGF bionutrien using the mixture of ethyl acetate and n-hexane (3: 7). The method used in this research was the analysis of phytochemical screening and IR spectroscopy. The results showed that the AGF extracts have secondary metabolites of alkaloids, terpenoids and tannins, as well as have the functional groups -OH, -CH sp3, -C = O and -C = C.
