Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Swasta se-Kota yang dilihat dari hasil UAS nya tidak mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan dimoderasi minat belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatory. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 366 siswa dari total populasi sebanyak 4311 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu proporsional random sampling sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan moderated regression analysis. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Minat belajar sebagai variabel moderasi memperkuat pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.----------This study was motivated by the lowness of student learning outcomes on economic subjects in private high school in the city which has been seen from the results of final exam (UAS) which not reach the minimal standard criteria (KKM). This study aims to determine how the influence of teacher’s teaching skills toward students’ learning outcomes on economic subjects in moderation of students’ interest. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey. The sample in this study amounted to 366 students out of a total population of 4311 students. The sampling technique in this research is proportional random sampling, while data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The result of this study shows that teaching skills has positive effects toward learning outcomes on economic subjects. Learning interest as a moderating variable strengthen the influence of teacher’s teaching skills toward students’ learning outcomes on economic subjects.
