Abstract
Dalam mengembangkan keberhasilan pengalaman pembelajaran mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi khususnya di FPTK UPI Bandung, setiap pengajar akan menempuh dengan berbagai upaya/cara dan model pembelajaran yang bervariatif. Salah satu diantaranya adalah mengamati dukungan perkembangan infrastruktur ICT yang selama lebih dari lima tahun di UPI telah banyak pengajar (dosen) melakukan kegiatan proses pembelajarannya melalui penggabungan pembelajaran dikelas dan media internet (blended learning). Dalam hubungannya dengan UU no 14 tahun 2005, maka pada kesempatan ini akan dikaji dan ditelaah mengenai persepsi Para Pengajar / Dosen dan Mahasiswa pada hubungannya dengan profesionalisme Dosen dan tingkat kepuasan pelayanan pembelajaran Mahasiswa di FPTK UPI Bandung. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan disini adalah dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu melalui pengembangan instrument kuesioner; respondennya adalah para dosen dan mahasiswa yang selama ini telah melaksanakan pembelajaran secara gabungan (blended learning). Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh pandangan / gambaran bahwa profesionalisme dalam layanan pendidikan dan tingkat kepuasan dari hasil proses pembelajaran gabungan tatap muka dan media internet (blended learning) di UPI khususnya FPTK memiliki keterkaitan yang erat.----------In developing successful learning experience of students in Faculty of Engineering education precisely, Lecture will take the efforts varied models learning. Which are observed support the development of ICT infrastructure for more than five years at Indonesia University of Education has a lot of teachers (lecturers) conducting the learning process through the incorporation of classroom learning and internet media (blended learning). Correlation with laws number 14 of 2005 the professionalism of Teachers and Lecturers So on this occasion will be studied and analyze the perceptions of the Teachers / Lecturers and Students in relation to lecturers professionalism and level of service satisfaction in the student learning at Indonesia University of Education on this time The research approach used here is the descriptive statistical analysis method is through the development of a questionnaire instrument; respondents are lecturers and students who have been carrying out joint learning (blended learning). From the results of this study obtained the views / picture that professionalism in the service of education and the level of satisfaction of the results of the learning process combined face to face and internet media (blended learning) Indonesia University of Education have correlation.
