    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) di Kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis program bimbingan individual yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga P2TP2A Kota Bandung 2) mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis keharmonisan keluarga yang mengikuti program layanan bimbingan individual di lembaga P2TP2A Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini didukung, gagasan konseptual teoritis tentang: konsep keharmonisan keluarga, konsep program bimbingan individual serta konsep KDRT. Hipotesis penelitian ini: program bimbingan individual memberikan pengaruh terhadap keharmonisan keluarga yang mengalami KDRT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh korban yang mengikuti program bimbingan individual di P2TP2A Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 korban KDRT yang mengikuti program bimbingan individual. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana melalui koefisien regresi, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu program bimbingan individual memberikan pengaruh terhadap keharmonisan keluarga yang mengalami KDRT, ditunjukkan dengan nilai r = 0,356 dengan persamaan Ŷ = 61.179+0.439X dan r2 = 0,128. Temuan hasil penelitian yaitu 1) tanggapan korban yang mengikuti program bimbingan individual memberikan penilaian baik, ditunjukkan dengan statistik deskriptif 2) keharmonisan keluarga yang mengikuti program bimbingan individual cenderung berubah kearah yang lebih baik seperti halnya dibuktikan dengan statistik deskriptif. Besarnya pengaruh yang dihasilkan sebesar 13%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, program bimbingan individual berpengaruh terhadap keharmonisan keluarga ditunjukkan dengan analisis regresi liniear sederhana yang menghasilkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 13%.----------This research is motivated by the author's interest towards cases of domestic violence (domestic violence) in Bandung. The purpose of this research are 1) to describe and analyze individual guidance program organized by the institution of Bandung P2TP2A 2) describe and analyze the harmony of the family who take the program individualized guidance services in P2TP2A institution of Bandung. This study was supported, the idea of conceptual theoretical: the concept of family harmony, the concept of individualized tutoring programs as well as the concept of domestic violence. The hypothesis of this study: individual guidance program to give effect to the harmony of families experiencing domestic violence. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The study population was all the victims who take the program P2TP2A individual guidance in Bandung. Samples were 50 victims of domestic violence counseling program individually. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis through regression coefficients, correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination. Results of testing the hypothesis that individual guidance program to give effect to the harmony of families who are experiencing domestic violence, indicated by the value of r = 0.356 with the equation Y = 61 179 + 0.439X and r2 = 0.128. The findings of the research: 1) the responses of victims who followed the individualized tutoring programs provide a good assessment, is shown with descriptive statistics 2) of family harmony that follow individual guidance program tends to change towards the better as well as evidenced by descriptive statistics. The magnitude of the effect produced by 13%. The study concluded, individualized tutoring programs affect the family harmony shown by a simple linear regression analysis that generates determination coefficient of 13%.
