Abstract
Kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Insani merupakan upaya PKBM dalam menumbuhkan motivasi wirausaha peserta didik yang berada di Desa Sirnagalih, kelompok bina usaha ini juga didasari oleh banyaknya anak yang putus sekolah sehingga banyaknya pengangguran dan banyaknya masyarakat yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan tetap. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui program kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan program kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft dan untuk mengetahui motivasi peserta didik setelah mengikuti kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Insani melalui evaluasi program. Teori yang mendasari yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini diantaranya: konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, konsep kelembagaan pengelolaan, dan konsep motivasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Insani Desa Sirnagalih Kecamatan Cilaku, tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ada empat tahap yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, analisis data, dan pelaporan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Subjek penelitian yang dijadikan sumber data berjumlah lima orang terdiri dari: satu orang ketua penyelenggara program dengan kode informan (P), satu orang tokoh masyarakat dengan kode informan (M), satu orang tutor dengan kode informan (T), dan dua orang peserta didik yang mengikuti kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft dengan kode informan (D1) dan (D2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapat data sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan program kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft dilihat dari kebutuhan, pelibatan, sosialisasi, tujuan waktu dan rencana kegiatan, pada proses perencanaan diawali identifikasi kebutuhan anggota dengan bentuk musyawarah, dalam perencanaan anggota dan pengurus PKBM diikutsertakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan persiapan kegiatan pelaksanaan program kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft, dan tujuan program kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft yaitu untuk terciptanya motivasi wirausaha peserta didik dalam rangka untuk memberdayakan masyarakat secara ekonomi. (2) pelaksanaan kelompok bina usaha (KBU) handycraft oleh PKBM Bina Insani dilaksanakan dengan memberikan bantuan kepada anggota, memberikan materi serta pembelajaran secara langsung dilapangan, kegiatan KBU handycraft dimulai pada bulan september 2012 dan selama program berlangsung pelaksanaan KBU ini lebih ditekankan pada pemberian materi serta praktek secara langsung mengenai handycraft atau kerajinan tangan. (3) evaluasi program KBU handycraft untuk mengetahui motivasi wirausaha peserta didik setelah mengikuti program KBU handycraft yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Insani dalam memberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan taraf kesejahteraan hidup. ---------- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP (KBU) handicrafts organized by CLC Bina Insani an attempt PKBM to motivate entrepreneurial students who were in the village Sirnagalih, group coaching business is also based on the number of children who drop out of school so that the number of unemployed and the number of people who do not have a job fixed. This study was conducted to determine the program group bina effort (KBU) handicrafts in terms of planning, program implementation group bina effort (KBU) handicraft and to know the motivation of learners after participating in group coaching business (KBU) handicrafts organized by CLC Bina Insani through program evaluation, The underlying theory is used in this peneitian include: the concept of community development, institutional management concept, and the concept of motivation. This research was conducted on a group of business bina (KBU) handicrafts organized by CLC Human Bina Desa Sirnagalih District of Cilaku, steps being taken in this study, there are four stages: preparation, implementation, data analysis, and reporting research results. This research use the descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. The research subjects were used as the data source of five consisted of: one chief organizer of the program with the code informant (P), one public figure with code informant (M), one tutor with code informant (T), and two students which follows a group of business bina (KBU) handicrafts with informants code (D1) and (D2). Based on the results of research conducted, obtained the following data: (1) planning group programs bina effort (KBU) handicraft seen from necessity, engagement, socialization, time goals and action plans, the planning process begins identifying the needs of members in the form of deliberation, planning CLC members and officials were included to determine the needs and preparation of the implementation of the program bina group effort (KBU) handicraft, and the goal of business coaching program group (KBU) handicraft which is to create an entrepreneurial motivation of learners in order to empower people economically. (2) the implementation of a community development effort (KBU) handicraft by CLC Bina Insani implemented by providing assistance to members, providing materials and learning directly in the field, the activities KBU handicraft started in september 2012 and during the program implementation KBU is more emphasis on the provision of material as well as the practice directly on handicraft or handicrafts. (3) evaluation program to determine the handicraft KBU entrepreneurial motivation of learners after the program KBU PKBM handicrafts organized by the Human Development provides an opportunity to improve the welfare of living.
