Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis akan pelatihan pendamping sosial dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Fasilitasi Program kelompok usaha bersama. Pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE ini diselenggarakan di BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang: 1) Proses pembelajaran pembelajaran pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE, 2) peningkatan kemampuan fasilitasi pendamping sosial KUBE dan 3) faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE di BBPPKS. Kajian Pustaka penelitian ini secara garis besarnya mencangkup konsep pelatihan, konsep hasil belajar, konsep pendampingan sosial, dan konsep kelompok usaha bersama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitina ini adalah metode deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian pengelola, widyaiswara, lulusan pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE dan anggota KUBE. adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan trianggulasi data di BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Proses pembelajaran pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE dianalisis dari prosedur, pendekatan, metode, teknik dan media pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran sudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelatihan (2) peningkatan kemampuan fasilitasi pendamping sosial kelompok usaha bersama dianalisis dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Terdapat peningkatan yang di rasakan oleh pendamping KUBE yang telah mengikuti pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE di BBPPKS dan anggota KUBE yang dibimbinginya. (3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pelatihan pendamping sosial KUBE. Faktor pendukung diantaranya perencanaan, anggaran, Program pemerintah, sarana prasarana, penggunaan media dan metode bervariatif, kompetensi widyaiswara, menciptakan relasi berbagai pihak, mampu mempererat tali silaturahim dan komunikasi antar pendamping KUBE dalam memecahkan permasalahan program KUBE yang ada. Sedangkan Faktor penghambat pelatihan ini adalah cuaca dingin, kemampuan narasumber atau widyaiswara tidak sama, kemampuan peserta berbeda-beda dan jumlah peserta tidak sesuai dengan jumlah yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. ---------- The background of the research is due to the writer interest in the social assistance trainning in order to increase the ability of program facilitation in the joint bussines group. The social trainning KUBE is conducted by the BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. The purpose of the research is to obtain description about : 1) Learning process in social assistance trainning KUBE, 2) Increasing the social assistance facilitation KUBE, and 3) factor that influencing the social assistance trainning KUBE in BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. The bibliography study in this research is generally covers the trainning concept and learning result consept, social assistance consept and joint bussinness group consept. The methods that used in this research are decriptive method and qualitative approach with the management research subject, theacher, out put tranning and member of Joint bussiness Group where the data collecting technique are using the observation, interview, documentation study and data trianggulasi technique in BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. From research the conclution are as followed. (1) The social assistance trainning in learning process KUBE analized from the prodecure approach, method, technique and learning media, (2) The increase of social assistance facilitation in bussiness joint group analyzed from knowledge, attitude and ability aspects there is development experienced by the KUBE assistance who had been participated in the social assistance trainning KUBE in BBPPKS Regional II Bandung, (3) factor that influence the trainning analized through supporting and hidering factors. The supporting factor are planning, budgeting, social assistance trainning program is a goverment program, the available of instruments, the use of media and variative methods, and teacher competence. The opportunity created by this trainning is that the social assistance KUBE able to astabils a good relation both to the private of goverment institution. This tranning capabel of strengthening the relation and be a changing idea medium between each of the assistance, white the hindering factors in this tranning is a cold temperature, the ability diferences of each teacher, different motivation, and the ability differences of each participant. The main treath that hinder this tranning is that the number of participant not according to the quota assingned by the goverment.
