Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya jumlah perjalanan wisatawan maka potensi akan kebutuhan biro perjalanan wisata juga meningkat, dan meningkatnya permintaan paket wisata juga ikut meningkat. Namun semakin banyaknya biro perjalanan wisata yang bermunculan maka persaingan juga semakin kuat, sehingga berdampak pada penurunan tingkat pembelian yang signifikan selama tiga tahun terakhir di Deji Tours hingga tidak mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengguna paket wisata rombongan di Deji Tours. Jumlah populasi diambil dari data dua tahun kebelakang sebanyak 50 populasi, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 33 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Variabel independent dalam penelitian yaitu personal selling (X) dengan indikator presentation, handling, dan closing, sedangkan variabel dependent yaitu keputusan pembelian dengan indikator product or service choice, supplier choice,order quantities dan service terms. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari personal selling (X) dengan keputusan pembelian (Y) yang signifikan sebanyak 40,6 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.----------By the increased of tourist’s travel activities therefore the potention for travel agent needs and the demand of travel package are also increased. Nevertheless it caused into a firm competition and give an impact to the purchase reduction significantly for last three years in Deji Tours therefore the target settled is not achieved. This research use descriptive and verify method. The respondents are Travel Package for Group Users in Deji Tours.Total population drawn from the data two years back as many as 50 population, with a sample taken as many as 33 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Independent variabel in this research is personal selling (X) consist of indicator presentation, handling, dan closing, while the dependent variabel is decision of purchase consist of indicator product or service choice, supplier choice, order quantities and service terms. The results showed that there is an influence of personal selling (X) with the purchase decision (Y) is significant as much as 40,6% influenced by other variables
