Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Kebijakan Politik Luar Negeri Republik Islam Iran Pada Masa Pemerintahan Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Terhadap Masalah palestina 2005-2013.” Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana Ahmadinejad berusaha mewujudkan bangsa Palestina yang merdeka dan berdaulat. Metode yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode historis. Metode historis yang dimaksud adalah proses menguji dan menganalisis secara kritis rekaman peninggalan masa lampau. Tahap-tahap dalam metode ini meliputi: heuristik, kritik, interpretasi dan historiografi. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini ialah studi literatur berupa pengkajian buku-buku yang relevan.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keterhubungan arah kebijakan politik Luar Negeri Iran dengan permasalahan yang dialami Palestina. Palestina sendiri mengalami situasi yang masih dalam penguasaan negara lain yaitu Israel sejak tahun 1948 hingga sekarang. Sosok Ahmadinejad yang merupakan sosok fundamentalis Islam memberikan angin baru dalam perjuangan bangsa Palestina. Ahmadinejad adalah sosok yang dinilai apa adanya dan provokatif dalam menyuarakan isu Palestina dan Israel. Sangat jarang ditemui sosok yang terang-terangan memposisikan dirinya sebagai sosok yang anti Barat ataupun anti Israel, oleh karena itu penelitian ini berfokus pada periode Ahmadinejad menjadi presiden (2005-2013). Selama itu pula Ahmadinejad berperan menjadi perantara rakyat Palestina kepada dunia dalam menyuarakan apa yang dirasakan dan diharapkan penduduk Palestina.Latar belakang Ahmadinejad terlibat dalam isu Palestina sendiri selain karena alasan kemanusiaan, juga karena didorong oleh semangat Revolusi Islam yang salah satu isi tujuan revolusi tersebut adalah membebaskan Palestina dari Israel. Karena begitu intensifnya sehingga Dewan Keamanan PBB menjatuhkan sangsi kepada Ahmadinejad karena dinilai melakukan pengancaman terhadap Israel. Sampai masa jabatannya habis sebagai Presiden terdapat kemajuan yang cukup menggembirakan dialami penduduk Palestina, hal ini dikerenakan diakuinya Palestina menjadi sebuah negara semakin mendapatkan dukungan dari berbagai negara. Berdasarkan hasil voting dalam sidang Umum PBB status Palestina berubah menjadi anggota penuh setelah sebelumnya hanya menjadi peninjau. ---------- This thesis entitled "Policy Foreign Policy In the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Reign 2005-2013 Against Palestinian problem." The main issues raised in this paper is how Ahmadinejad tried to realize the Palestinian people an independent and sovereign. The method used in this thesis is the historical method. Historical method in question is the process of critically examine and analyze the recorded legacy of the past. The stages in this method include: heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. Research techniques used in this thesis is the study of literature in the form of assessment of relevant books.The purpose of this research is to see the connectedness towards the Iranian Foreign policy with the problems experienced by the Palestinians. Palestinians themselves have a situation that is still in control of another state, namely Israel since 1948 until now. The figure of Ahmadinejad who is a figure of fundamentalist Islam gives a new wind in the Palestinian struggle. Ahmadinejad is a person who assessed what is and provocative in voicing the issue of Palestine and Israel. Very rare figure who openly positioning himself as someone who is anti-Western or anti-Israel, therefore, this study focuses on the period of Ahmadinejad became president (2005-2013). Ahmadinejad during the same role as intermediary of the Palestinian people to the world in expressing what is perceived and expected Palestinians.Background Ahmadinejad was involved in the Palestinian issue aside for humanitarian reasons, also driven by the spirit of the Islamic Revolution that one of the goals the contents of the revolution is to liberate Palestine from Israel. Because it is so intensive that the UN Security Council to impose sanctions Ahmadinejad as judged conduct or threats to Israel. Until his term runs out as President there was encouraging progress experienced by the Palestinian population, it because recognition of Palestine as a nation is increasingly gaining support from many countries. Based on the results of voting in the UN General Assembly changed the status of Palestine became a full member after previously only being an observer.
