Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi dari nilai rata-rata UAS tahun ajaran 2014-2015 yang belum mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan kelas dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatory. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri se Kota Bandung dengan jumlah 9270 dan diambil sampel sebanyak 383 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu stratified random sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.---------- The background of this study is the student has low learning achievement in the economic subject and the average score in final exam has not reach the criteria of Mastery Learning (KKM) at SMAN Bandung, academic years 2014-2015. The aim of this research is to know the effect of classroom management and learning facilities. The method in this study is explanatory survey. The subject of the study is all of the a student in SMAN Bandung. There are 9270 students and the researcher took 383 students as the sample. The sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study describe that classroom management and learning facilities was successfully in economic class.
