Abstract

Kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan jajanan kini menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari perilaku siswa di sekolah. Namun, makanan jajanan sangat beresiko terhadap kesehatan siswa karena seringkali penanganannya kurang higienis. Penemuan penemuan yang menunjukan masih ada beberapa persyaratan penerapan keamanan makanan yang terlampaui di Kantin Jakarta International School merupakan permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kajian penerapan keamanan makanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Kantin Jakarta International School. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah responden karyawan sebanyak 30 orang dan responden konsumen sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terlihat bahwa variable kajian penerapan keamanan makanan (X) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variable kepuasan konsumen (Y).Menuruthasilpenelitian yang dilakukan, kajian penerapan keamanan makanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 11,8%, sedangka nsisanya sebesar 88,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati.Kajian penerapan keamanan makanan merupakan hal penting untuk diterapkanpadasetiap proses produksi di PT. Sodexo sehingga produk yang dihasilkan dapat terjamin kebersihannya. Penerapan kajian keamanan makanan sesuai standar sertifikasi ISO 22:000 yang dimiliki perusahaan perlu ditinjau kembali sehingga tidak ada elemen-elemen dalam penerapannya yang terlampaui. ---------- The habit of consuming street food has become an integral part of the student's behavior at school. However, street food is very risky to the health of the students because they are often less hygienic handling. Findings that show there are still some requirements that exceeded application of food safety at the Jakarta International School canteen is an issue that will be examined in this study. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of food safety assessment of consumer satisfaction at Jakarta International School cafeteria. The method used is descriptive method verification. In this study the number of respondents employed is 30 people and consumer respondents is 100 people. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression test. Based on the analysis shows that the implementation of food safety assessment variable (X) has a positive impact on consumer satisfaction variable (Y). According to the results of research conducted, study the application of food safety affects customer satisfaction of 11.8%, while the remaining 88.2% is influenced by other factors not observed. Study of the application of food safety is an important thing to be applied on every production process in PT. Sodexo so that the products can be guaranteed cleanliness. Implementation of the food safety assessment according to the standard ISO 22: 000 owned enterprises need to be revised so that there are no elements in its application are exceeded.
