Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang terjadi pada RS Khusus Bedah Medimas yang ditandai dengan adanya complain yang berasal dari pasien. Permasalahan ini harus segera dapat diatasi karena jika tidak akan dapat menjadi penghambat bagi produktivitas RS Khusus Bedah Medimas itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, gambaran tingkat stres kerja, gambaran tingkat kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Medimas Cirebon. Aspek atau variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini meliputi dua hal, yaitu stres kerjadan kinerja karyawan . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey, yaitu metode survey untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis.Populasidalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang dan sampel berjumlah 34responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja pada Rumah Sakit Khsus Bedah Medimas Cirebon berada pada kategori sedang dan kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi, variabel stres kerja tehadap kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi sedang. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana diketahui bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja sebesar 25,7% sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 74,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. ---------- Issues examined in this study is the low performance of the employee happens to Medimas Hospital for Special Surgery characterized by the complaining from the patients. This problem must be addressed immediately because otherwise it would be a barrier to productivity Medimas Hospital for Special Surgery itself. This study aims to describe the stress of work and employee performance and how the effect of work stress on employee performance of Medimas Hospital for Special Surgery Cirebon. Aspects or variables examined in this study include two things, namely work stress and employee performance. This research uses descriptive and verification with explanatory survey method, the method of survey to describe relationships between variables by testing hipotesis.Population on this research amount to 34 people and a sample was 34 responden. Analysis technique of the data used is the analysis of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress on Medimas Hospital for Special Surgery Cirebon in middle category and employee performance at the high category. The results of correlation calculations, work stress variables depend on employee performance has a positive relationship with the classifications being. The calculation result of simple regression analysis known that the performance of employees affected by job stress by 25.7% while the remainder is equal to 74.3% influenced by other factors not examined by the author.
