Abstract

Permasalahan yang penulis ajukan pada penelitian ini mengenai bentuk latihan untuk meningkatkan power tungkai. Dalam permainan futsal power tungkai sangat penting karena memberikan sumbangan yang besaruntukpergerakan, sepertidalampelaksanaanmenendang.Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihanleg extension denganmetodepyramid systemterhadap peningkatan power tungkai dan hasil shooting dalam permainan futsal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal MAN 2 Bandung yang diambil dengan teknik “purposive sampling” sebanyak 14 sampel. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil tes melalui latihan leg extension menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Terjadinya peningkatan power tungkai kanan dan kiri karena adanya latihan yang kontinyu, yaitulatihan leg extension dengan metode pyramid system. Terdapatpula hubungan antara power tungkai dengan hasil tendangan shooting. Ini sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara power tungkai kanan maupun kiri hasil latihan leg extension dengan metode pyramid system terhadap hasil shooting pada cabang olahraga futsal. Dalam pelaksanaan latihan pelatih olahraga futsal diharapkan tidak terpaku hanya pada satu metode latihan, akan tetapi bisa menggunakan beberapa variasi metode latihan, dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas fisik, khususnya peningkatan power. ---------- The problems that the authors propose in this study regarding the form of exercises to improve leg power. In the game futsal power limb is very important because it gives a big contribution to the movement, as in the implementation of the kick. This study bertujan to determine whether a significant difference between the leg extension exercises with methods pyramid system to increase leg power and the shooting in the game of futsal. The method used was experimental method. Population and samples used in this study were students extracurricular futsal MAN 2 Bandung taken with the technique of "purposive sampling" as many as 14 samples. Based on the processing and analysis of data, showed that an increase in the test results through the leg extension exercise showed a significant increase. The increased power right leg and left because of the continuous training, the leg extension exercises with methods pyramid system. There is also a relationship between leg power to kick the shooting. This is consistent with the results of calculations using correlation coefficient test. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between power right leg or left leg extension exercise results with methods pyramid system to the shooting on the sport of futsal. In the implementation of the exercise futsal coaches are expected not fixated on just one method of exercise, but could use some variation of training methods, in order to improve the physical quality, particularly the increase in power.
