Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Bandung Kulon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 175 orang guru dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 310 orang guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik probability sampling dengan cara proportionate random sampling. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi dan kinerja mengajar guru termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal. Analisis koefesien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y yaitu sebesar 0,585 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan cukup kuat. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa variabel X memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 34,2% sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 65,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah supervisi kepala sekolah dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Bandung Kulon.-----------Generally, this research aims to find an overview of the Influences of Headmaster Supervision on the performance of Teachers Teaching in Primary Schools in the districts of Bandung kulon. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The number of samples taken in this study are 175 teachers out of a total population of 310 teachers. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique in a manner proportionate random sampling. The results of Weight Mean Score (WMS), shows that the supervision headmaster included in categorized as very high and teachers' teaching performance included the very high category. Normality test results showed that the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Analysis of the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y in the amount of 0.585 which indicates that the correlation between the two variables are at the level of positive relationships and strong enough. Significance test results showed that the supervision of the headmaster has a positive and significant relationship to the teachers' teaching performance. The coefficient determination test is the variable X give effect to the variable Y 34.2% while the rest is equal 65.8% influenced by other factors. Regression analysis showed that the supervision of the head of school can affect the performance of teachers to teach. The conclusion of this study is the supervision of the headmaster can provide a significant and positive contribution on the performance of of teachers to teach Elementary School in the district of Bandung Kulon.
